Been with them for a while. Best way to get your value. Use their truck, if you plan on keeping a unit after you move. Waiting a month is cheaper. The rates are dropped. However after 3 or so months the rates go up automatically. The units are dope they are two levels with stairs. So even those with hard times if you chose to live there get two units... And there are no public bathrooms. The lots are supervised during off hours also which is a plus if you use the 24hr access.

Peaches was phenomenal! Very bright and relatable personality. We had a blast and shared a lot of laughs. She was thorough explaining the process and the expectations of the facility. 10 out of 10 would recommend ?

Terrible Company Practices! Cube Smart held the payments I made electronically through my bank so that late fees could be applied and my monthly rent could be increased for late payment. Then Cube Smart said I was delinquent and put a lien on my property and said I had a few days to pay over $800 or they would auction my belongings off. When I went into the office to pay, they gave me checks that were sent to Cube Smart from my bank for my account. The checks were for $400! The amount that would have prevented me from becoming "delinquent". RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Zero stars given! The same amount of care they gave me and my belongings...ZERO! One star is highlighted because it won't post w/o it. Smh...

I've renting a unit from this facility for a couple of years now and some months ago I noticed rats/mice activity in it. I notified a staff member about it and they stated that the ONLY option for a resolve was to have my belongings relocated to another unit, with not guarantee that the next unit was gonna be free of rats. First came the droppings, which prompted me to lay traps and glue traps. Initially there were no effects, but upon returning to the unit last night, the main glue trap had a total of 6 specimens glued to it dead and bloodied from being cannibalize by other rats. If there's that amount of specimens in my unit, imagine the scope of the rat population throughout the facility. Called the general toll free number and was told that an area manager was gonna give me a call back in 2-3 days. I proceeded to call the local office and the attendant Michael, nonchalantly stated that there was NOTHING they could do to remedy the situation but to relocate the items to another unit... no sorry for the inconvenience, no offer for compensation for items damaged, moving items out, no pest control, no clean up or sanitizing of my belongings, NOTHING. He even went as far as saying that rats were a problem in ALL of the storage units in the city, which is a total overstatement(i.e.- lie). Needless to say, their utter lack of concern and duty is making me take my belongings and get the hell out of this and any CubeSmart locations or affiliates. Moving them to a well maintained and run location with no presence of rats. Please be aware of what you and your property be potentially put thru when renting from CubeSmart.

A ease of getting a reservation and then changing locations was easy. Customer service was great. I wish that had lights in they’re storage units.

Do not use this place for a temperature controlled unit!!!! The air barely blew through the vent and it was well above 80 degrees in my unit, there was roaches alive and dead, rat droppings everywhere, some of my items were damaged from the excessive heat over the years, and the insulation was always falling out of the ceiling onto my things on the upper level. Go somewhere else and save your money from them constantly raising the prices as well. They also charged me for the next month’s rent even though I was moved out in time and called to tell them I was moving out (they even said they would put a note on my file that I was moving out). So glad to be out of this place.

The site manager Seen deliberately kept me waiting for an hour just so that he could come back and tell me it was too late to check out the complimentary moving van. No apology was offered. There was no attempt to make things right. This made it obvious that this was a deliberate petty act.

There were rats in my unit. I did NOT have any food in my unit yet the rats tore through bags, pooped and peed all over everything and what’s more disappointing is that the manager assured me before moving in that I would not have to worry about pests. It was absolutely disgusting to see!

This is a long one. It all started on July 11th and it’s now August 11th (claim still pending). As I was doing the ppwk for my storage unit, my Dad calls out of the blue and so I took the call. This annoyed the sales agent at the Decatur, GA location. He kept repeating “I have stuff to do.” He chose to charge me the monthly insurance when I was getting the proof of my insurance and then the call came in. After a few minutes of processing the disrespect from the lack of customer service, I chose to abandon the unit and submit a claim online to get a refund, since he had stuff to do. As the process goes, someone will reach out in 48-hours which should be the district manager, George. He always called and left voice messages. When I called corporate, I told them repeatedly that RoboKiller is installed on my phone and to let the DM know. That was ignored and just kept leaving voicemails. Then when I call back, I have to leave a voicemail. It’s been a month of playing phone tag!!! It’s apparent to me that the solution of a refund is not a high enough priority. So maybe leaving this review will somehow get their attention. If anyone has ideas on how I can resolve, please let me know. Thank you.

You're too associates at this location and the manager there I'm not sure which one the guy with the muscles they both were so sweet and helpful I will always come back to this location this is my second time here and I have suggested to my friends to come here Love The lofts you did a good job

When is this location open?? I’ve came by multiple times for the last several months to make a payment during the business hours they have listed online and they’ve been closed in the middle of the day. I don’t know who’s managing the place but it seems they open and closed it whenever they feel like it. If your not going to go by the hours listed online then you need to update your days and times that your actually open.
