Joe Williams, the pharmacist at this location, went above and beyond to help me this morning with a prescription. I was having issues with short term insurance and he assisted me in navigating the very complicated American health care labyrinth. I highly recommend the pharmacy at this location. They have excellent customer service with a patient. friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Joe!

My pregnant girlfriend got a c-section at the hospital across the street a couple days ago. She was discharged at 12 pm today. We had an order for pain medication for her for her major surgery. She can barely sit up without immense pain. Came by around noon, they had 3/4 meds. The pain meds she was missing they did not have said they cannot send the order out to another pharmacy. Ok, no problem. Our doctor called CVS pharm and ordered some meds they did have in stock at around 1:30 to 2pm. I am standing in line now still. 8:55 pm. Five minutes before they close for... 12 pills!!!! How long does it take to count to 12????? Smh.

This place just gets worse and worse. I gather that CVS won't hire enough staff. I wouldn't come here except my insurance forces me to use CVS.

If I could go somewhere else, I would. Consistently throughout my almost 15 years of living in the north Decatur area. I have had to go to the CVS for all of my prescriptions not one time have any of the pharmacists treated me with care or even acted like they wanted to be there, today was the final nail in the coffin for me as I got Orlando in the pick up line to "help" me check out. I have had a speech impediment since birth and have a difficult time speaking. Orlando rushed me throughout my transaction with him when I kindly explain to him that I have a speech impediment he ignored me, and simply continued to rush me through the questions, interrupting me at several points, which forced me to have to restart my speech, which made the process take longer all while looking very annoyed that he had to deal with my disability. You would think that individuals that work in a healthcare field of any kind would have at least some form of human compassion. Orlando did not have that for me today.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE! upon opening the ones I bought the numbers were scratched off and the magnetic strip would not work. Returned to store within minutes and the staff made it sound like i tried to scam them. They even opened numerous cards and confirmed the cards were tampered with and proceeded to remove hundreds of cards off the gift card rack. Yet still refused to escalate the issue or refund. Someone on the inside is in on it as the packaging did not appear to have been tampered with, these looked totally legit. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS HEREIf you bought them in the past, open them immediately to check and call InComm at the number you can find on their company website, not the cards, to block the balance, start the investigation and request replacement gift cards. If yours still works used it immediately, or transfer to another account.

Worst service I've ever experienced at a pharmacy. People in this line of work should give more of a darn about their fellow man than these people do. A LOT more than these people do. They're rude, impatient, and not helpful. I'll never go again.

I made an appointment for my daughter for 3:40 pm appointment for a vaccine shot. We arrived 10 minutes early and checked in, then saw someone at 3:40 to provide the info that I already provided two days earlier in the pre-check info that I filled out 2 days prior. Apparently the system does not connect and it is pointless to fill out the pre check info in advance, as you just have to do it again. Then we waited for over 60 minutes for the vaccine. I would not advise coming to this CVS Minute clinic if you value your time.we ended up leaving after an hour. Without getting the vaccine.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place (I love to hate them). This isn't the type of store you want to cruise around in and look for things. It's more in an out place for me to get my meds and get outta there. The folks in the pharmacy if they are having a good day are okay, if not watch your head so it doesn't get bitten off. Can be a bit tricky to get in here depending on traffic and which direction you are coming from sometimes.

Dead-eyed, rude, uncaring service which carries a particularly harsh sting when dealing matters of health where there are potentially serious things at stake. They are also incompetent. If you're sick, don't make yourself more stressed by visiting this CVS.

Came in Friday for a toothbrush and a few other things done I've been a cvs care pass holder for over year now. When I went to check out I was told that Jamie the manager said that I won't be getting my $10 off my monthly purchase for this month of OCTOBER Despite CVS charging my card for $5 care pass this month. So I'm getting charged but I can't redeem my benefits this month bc JAMIE said so.?????? Of course I canceled my care pass subscription as clearly it's a TOTAL SCAM!!

I get a lot of CVS coupons via email so I am in here pretty often. Most of the time to buy baby stuff- gripe water, multivitamin drops, formula, etc. I can't always find the exact brand that I wanted, but something similar is always in stock. Big props to the helpful staff. I can provide one example. I got these coupons for some Similac. But they look like checks. No place I took them could figure out how to process them. Well, the lady checking me out doesn't either. BUT she says she will talk to one of the managers and to come back tomorrow so that they can process the purchase. I come back the next day, the lady remembers me, and she teaches the cashier checking me out how to do it. MUCH BETTER than the stores that just said they didn't know how to do it and left it at that. Parking is a bit tight. High traffic as they do COVID testing. Note: they recently underwent a remodel.
