I've been a customer at CVS for a long time and it's the only pharmacy in my area so I'm used to it but when they get new employees they're not used to me and my friends coming up there and they just follow us like we're up to no good though they need to change the customer service because that's not the way you treat customers business for a long time

I have gotten the wrong medication from this cvs once in the past and repeatedly had problems with the pharmacy. I told them today the price was not what I expected after talking to my insurance and having a manufacturer coupon but I needed the medication regardless. I was completely ignored and unable to get medication I need that they have in stock even saying I am willing to pay full price if I have to. I hope corporate reads this.

8:30 pm I was hung up on three times by the pharmacy department
The third time they said 4 callers ahead and then came back and hung up. Called back was told 3 callers ahead. 8:56 pm still on hold.

Adra was very helpful and went above and beyond to get my photobook printed at this location. My photo book order had been cancelled by 3 previous stores because their printer was down or they were out of materials to print it. This location had a working printer but no paper. Instead of turning me away Adra sourced the paper from another store and magically had the book printed and ready for pick up that same day. Adra saved the day, thank you!

There's just nothing there that I needed. It's like a blank space that just has a CVS sign on it. I've been going through a really bad sinus infection and nothing is there for it. Like at all. Everytime I go there for something there's nothing there to help. May as well not even exist. God help u if u need perceptions....also I e been seeing a lot of reviews of people saying they treat their customers like thieves. Well I am a thief and I've walked out of there with plenty of things. Guess I'm the right color. Get it together

As I’m walking back up to get a basket I hear the manager telling the kid they have a security system—just in case something goes down—I felt it was because I just in. The typical thing; a black guy, he must be here to steal. Then there was a Karen on the next aisle so I ended my shopping a little early, beside I didn’t need any more junk in my basket.

No notice when there's an issue with the prescription. If you call and can make it past the automation you'll be put on hold until you are left to give up. I've had prescriptions disappear from the app without explanation. I'm signed up for notifications when there's a problem with the prescription and I don't get anything. I'm left fumbling try to figure out why my prescriptions aren't filled. Also - every time I have gotten a response I'm told they've reached out to the dr and there's been no response - but guess what? Some of us work with our doctors and know this CVS hasn't sent anything. You can't trust this pharmacy because you can't trust the people there.

They never have any prescriptions in stock. I have to get my RX or any refills transferred to a different location.
