You need to staff your pharmacy appropriately and pay them more—stop burning out your workers so that people in this long list of bad reviews can receive adequate service. It’s not exclusively the fault of the staff; CVS itself needs to respect the communities they’re serving by providing adequate resources for the crucial business they’ve chosen to undertake. This will absolutely be the last prescription I pick up from CVS.

Just went in cvs and a young lady told me to leave my bag at the front desk, and I come in there and spend close to 80 dollars a week.I won't be coming back and Im boycotting this one.Dont treat your loyal customers like thieves.

They changed my prescription without notice to a similar medication. Of course, I didn't fully realize this until I got home. Since I had no refills, they refused to replace what I received. Although the medication is "similar," that's exactly what it is - just similar. My doctor requested the medication because we know exactly how it will affect me. To change this without warning THEN refuse to fix the issue is incredibly unethical. Please make sure they fill your prescriptions correctly before walking out of the store (a ridiculous thing to have to worry about from a pharmacy).

Worst CVS pharmacy. Called three times to transfer a prescription here and every time they had no record of my previous call/request. Not sure why people answer the phone and take my prescription info if they’re doing absolutely nothing with it.

They schedule more people for vaccines than they can possibly see in the allotted time, resulting in running an hour plus behind schedule. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

This is probably the worst cvs in the US. We have the misfortune of living across the street from this one. So we have taken a lot of abuse. The pharmacy employees are rude. The pharmacist are actually nice the front line ladies are rude. The store employee are nice. But i have anxiety if i need to pick up a prescription because i have to deal someone with an attitude.

Worst CVS ever. Rude. Unreliable pharmacy hours and surprise closures. Often takes a week or more to fill certain prescriptions.

I love my local CVS and their personnel, especially Shantara who always has a very warm greeting for me.. This store has become essential to us at my Apt building as the local Kroger has been shut down for a long time.

Employees are unmovited and unhelpful. Issue boiled down to a misunderstanding between my insurer and their pharmacy, though CVS seemed completely uninterested in satisfactorily resolving the issue. After arranging a direct conniption between my insurer and the pharmacy (which the location resisted) CVS relented and issued me my very badly needed medication though they certainly tried to make it seem like they were doing me a “favor”. No one does favors in this business. CVS was wrong and was too small to admit their error. Monumental waste of time.

I used the self checkout and got in and out fast there were some decent sales items too. One nice thing is I also got the usual long tool of coupons to use next visit.the Halloween items have arrived .

I've been coming to this CVS for 1 year. The service leaves something to be desired! Customers Service is key! Where would they be if it wasn't for the customer! Nasty attitudes!

Our physician called in a prescription for Paxlovid at around 9:00 am. We kept waiting for the notification from CVS that the prescription was ready for pick-up. At 1:45 pm I called CVS and attempted to speak with a pharmacist, which I learned is impossible. But I did learn the prescription had been ready for a while. Then I noticed the pharmacy was closing at 2:00 pm, so I ran (literally) there and got inside just in time. I told the checkout person that we did not receive a text notification and that I nearly missed the pick-up. She did not apologize but blamed it on us, saying we did not have a profile set up for notifications. We have had a profile for notifications for years and receive notifications about prescriptions regularly, often for refills that were not requested.

I have used this CVS for my family’s prescriptions a lot over the years because it’s so close to home. I can’t do it anymore. I’ve maybe had one pleasant interaction with a young lady in the drive thru…once. Everyone else I’ve experienced has the most dry and apathetic attitude. The reviews are consistently poor so this store’s management is aware. The associate’s attitudes and levels of service hasn’t changed so it’s time for me to.

I have tried to use this CVS location because I can walk to the store but I simply cannot bring myself to go back there This is due to the CONSISTENT behavior of the employees who display rudeness, sarcasm, completely ignore customers- even turning their backs on them, providing INACCURATE information about a medication (NO- Omeprazole does not require a prescription as my son was told). Worst of all , there has never ever been any evidence of remorse or apology for this kind of abuse of customers. The store is dirty and grossly understaffed. CVS is a billion dollar company- they can do better for our neighborhoodPlease
