The whole pharmacy staff was very rude to my 7 months pregnant daughter and her doctor. Her doctor sent her prescription 5 days before we got there and they said they never received the prescription that's the reason why the doctor had to call. To tell the pharmacist that she sent it days ago. She was trying to see why wasn't it filled. they was so very rude to the doctor They hung up on a doctor they said she had to leave a message they was rude to my daughter and said the rx was not there So the doctor called left a message . Oh my goodness they were so rude I wanted to call corporate and the police. I see why they have low score. I told my daughter switch to a different pharmacy.

CVS N. Decatur Rd. Decatur, GA location is fully stocked with lots of non-perishable items but are pricey .... coupons are given @ check-out & come in handy for sure....

I lost my receipt, so, unfortunately I can't leave a review provided there. I changed to CVS from Walgreens about 6 months ago & it turned out to be THE BEST decision I've made in a very long time. Even though I can tell that they are short-staffed & working their tail feathers off, they still go out of their way to take great care of you.
Thank you all for what you do...it hasn't gone unnoticed.

Why make an appointment for a vaccine when the tech is going to be a half hour+ late to actually give it? The store is quiet yet they’re running behind. Makes no sense.
Edit: I made the wrong decision to come back here for additional vaccines since it’s close to my house. I hoped against hope things would be different. Surprise, nothing changed. Want to be treated with contempt when you go to the pharmacy? Come to this CVS!

Very nice store. Clean, aisles are well labeled, and the workers are friendly. This CVS is located across from Emory DeKalb hospital and open 24hrs. They also have a clinic. Check out my pics and video for more insight

This CVS has a very bad practice in transferring medication even though their medications have been out of stock for weeks. I called CVS to follow up on my medication transfer after a week, but the call was hung up by the person who put me on hold for 30 minutes.

The pharmacy is always such a disappointment. They hire the most incompetent people…. One of the pharmacists literally said to me on the phone “I’m sorry there are bodies here but no brains, I have to do everything myself.”

If I could give them zero stars I would! They are horrible. They barely answer the phone and when they do they do not care if you get your medication or not. My medication was called in on Saturday morning. It is now Monday evening and still do not have it filled, no one will answer the phone. So I drove up to the pharmacy and they do not have it filled at all. Frustrated isn’t even the word! DO MLT FILL YOUR MEDICATION AT THIS LOCATION!

CVS NDecatur Rd. Decatur,GA 4/14/2024 was well stocked with my vitamins …. they were Buy 1 get 1 for $1 & I had a $4 CVS Coupon. That was a savings for sure ✨‼️???
