I called to request a refill. Was told by the system my prescription would be ready the same day. I come to pick it up the next day only to be told it had not been filled and wouldn’t be ready today. Just terrible. Go anywhere else if you need a prescription.

I'm sitting here on the morning of 5/22 waiting for the doors to open so I can pick up some medicine before work. It is 8:05 and there is not an employee in sight. This is the second time I've tried to get here when they open and there aren't any employees. Go to another location, don't waste your time.

Customer service was horrible! Rude and on the phone throughout my entire interaction. I did not know if they were speaking with me or their loved one. I asked and was spoken to in a rude tone. Will travel further before I stop at this CVS location again.

The lady Amber came on the speaker and asked who was I picking up for I gave my son name she said it’s $1… then she made me wait 10 more minutes before getting my card. So unprofessional

We came to fill our prescriptions on Saturday. The pharmacist was very friendly and our prescriptions were ready within a few minutes. I was shocked! Usually it takes forever to them to get you order ready, and they were so friendly. I will definitely be filling my RXs here again.

Will be rerouting my prescription . I’ve been on the same prescription for 3 years now . Every single time I call I have an issue with the prescriptions . Was given the wrong prescription TWICE . I’ve had my doctor send multiple duplicate prescriptions because of being told that it’s not in the system EVERY SINGLE TIME . This is ridiculous. They don’t care of the safety and well being of people here . Do not waste your time sending your prescriptions here . My doctor even tries calling and all of a sudden now they have the prescription . Do not waste your time here .

The customer service is beyond disappointing. I had to make the alarm go off just to get service after waiting 10 minutes, knocking on the manager lounge door and walking in and out just to get the door chime to go back off before getting help. Then when asking questions the lady had such a bad attitude that it just made me walk out and find another store.

Their pharmacy hours are 8 AM - 8 PM. I came last night to the pharmacy at 7:54 PM, and they said they were closed because “my sister took the cash register”. I come at 8 AM this morning. It’s now 8:10 AM, and the entire store isn’t even open… very disappointing, the time aspect here is crucial to my prescription.

The prescriptions are often not ready when they text and call you. They don’t really explain or apologize why the prescriptions are not ready when the call posts says it is. When we went today, a pharmacy staff member had her young children in the pharmacy waiting area. Unprofessional! I’m taking my prescriptions somewhere else. Don’t come here!
