Dollar tree do better with your employees they just care about getting out when it's close to the 9pm. They get mouthy and very teenage like attitude. Do better with your training on customer service

Needed something at the last minute and ran over to Dollar Tree, arrived at 8:49. Once I reached the door I stopped and was greeted by an employee, who I asked were they closed and he stated yes. I said okay and walked off. He then came back to the door and signaled me to come back. I proceeded in. Another customer arrived around 8:55, he locked the door and told the customer they were closed! I understand trying to close but you can not deny a customer entrance until the store is actually closed! He then proceeds to reach for the gun he had on his hip because the customer stated “it’s not 9 yet” which was what I was thinking when I first arrived. I will never come back to this location and will be reporting this store and employee further!

It’s becoming increasingly apparent that Dollar Tree stores don’t train well, don’t pay well, have no accountability and are literally the worse in the neighborhoods of people of color/working class. No more passes. If this is the only protest that can be heard. At least we can be truthful about our experiences by using this rating system.

Just left this dollar tree. The cashier was very rude and was making it clear that she didn’t want us in the store for too long. I arrived here @8:32pm. The cashier also had the door locked and had to open it. The cashier stated “how long do yall plan on being in here”. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Listen hear management! Don’t talk mess up and lose that older woman that greats every single person that walk through the door! She is a jewel and this was my first time going to this location. I don’t plan on going to any other Dollar Tree than this one solely because of her! She is a light and her simple greeting every customer made everyone feel so loved. Idk your name ma’am but you’re amazing! Thank you for your kindness ❤️❤️

I needed some goodies to fix treat bags for a toddler I class. When entering the store. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the cashier. They had everything I needed. The store was clean.

THE STORE WAS STOCK BUT THE CASHIER WAS SOMEONE I WOULD NOT PUT IN A POSITION THE SERVE CUSTOMERS RUDE CANT EXPLAIN HER HER REPLY AFTER A QUESTION WAS HAND IT TAKING THE ITEM NEVER LOOKING AT THE PERSON SHE WAS TAKING IT FROM THE NEGATIVE ENERGY COMING FROM THIS CASHIER I TOLD MY DAUGHTER I MUST HURRY AND LEAVE BECAUSE ITS NOT FEELING GOOD HERE MY DAUGHTER SAID I CAN FEEL IT I WILL NOT GO TO THIS PERSON EVER I WILL RETURN UNTIL I CAN GET ANOTHER PERSON TO CASH ME OUT I WILL NEVER ASK THIS PERSON ANYTHING AT ANYTIME
