About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car provides car rental services with thousands of airport and Decatur locations, operating in over 30 countries. The business emphasizes a Standard of Care backed by 65 years of experience and exceptional customer service, offering easy booking online or through its app.
Customer experiences vary significantly by location. At the Decatur Enterprise, many reviews report outstanding and professional service. Customers describe the team as helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable, with exceptional attention to detail. The service is frequently noted as exceeding expectations, turning potentially frustrating situations into positive experiences through transparency, genuine care, and a willingness to go above and beyond. The staff is described as courteous, enthusiastic, and dedicated, creating an enjoyable experience that makes customers feel valued and eager to return.
However, a serious complaint highlights a contrasting experience at another location. A long-time customer reported being incorrectly charged for extra days after a key drop-off, leading to weeks of unresolved frustration with customer service. The customer felt no one wanted to help resolve the billing error, describing the situation as unacceptable and vowing never to use that specific location again.
Overall, while many locations deliver top-notch, customer-friendly service that earns high recommendation, experiences can be inconsistent, with severe service and billing failures occurring at others.
