From the initial call inquiring about sizes and unit locations to reservation and occupying a unit. Ms V was welcoming and cordial; she has the best customer service professionalism, I have witnessed in recent years. Not only was the process effortless, but since moving into the facility, Ms V remains the same.

Easy to rent, easy to find and get everything set up. Clean and well lit facility, and access via app makes entry much easier than having to type in the code.
The rental office is fantastic - called me back right away when I had a change in plans. It’s nice to know there is support if ever I need more assistance with the unit.
