I had a very unpleasant experience with FedEx recently. After a package was marked as delivered, I never received it. I contacted FedEx to report the issue, but instead of receiving help, I encountered rudeness. A young lady from the actual Decatur FedEx location repeatedly called my phone, and when I finally answered, she was very aggressive. She accused me of falsely reporting the package as lost or stolen and rudely informed me that FedEx would no longer deliver to my home.
Her behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. For the record, AT&T confirmed that my phone was stolen, and both my neighbor and I have Ring cameras, which show that no one in our neighborhood took the package. Her incompetence and aggressive attitude make me suspect that she might have taken the phone herself. Despite this, the FedEx representative was dismissive and rude.

The ladies in the front area of this location were both friendly and personable. Truly care about their work and customers. Loved my first visit there.

AWFUL, AWFUL experience. I haven't received my package that I ordered as a Christmas present. There hasn't been any tracking activity since 12/21/22. I don't know where it is and I can't get in touch with a live person. No one is answering the phones and no one is replying back to email messages or online inquiry I sent. I don't know when or if I will get my package.???

Completely incompetent employee in the most ghetto FedEx Office I’ve ever been in. All I wanted to do is return some items that were delivered broken. The lady had me put my large boxes amongst a heap of other boxes with no organization. She refused to scan my QR code for the address that they were going to, claiming, “I don’t know what this scan thing is about. FedEx will take care of it.”Well now the boxes are back at the house they were originally delivered because the lady did no paperwork! Now I get to drive to a further location in hopes for a better outcome. Say yourself some time and go anywhere else
