People are great but to print with self serve printer, from Dropbox, I was required to do **TEN multi-step puzzles** as a safety that I am a human and not a robot… TEN puzzles. The amount of time and number of steps to go through are not reasonable, esp when you’re also paying.

I will leave my comment for the supervisor for one person privately. Other than that the store is clean and everyone except one person was attentive and showed great customer service. Will/did come back. Just waited patiently for another representative to help me. This person didn't stop me but I hope she has a better day.

They’re an extremely rude bunch. I literally bought three boxes from the store at 2pm and by 5pm they had a new rule that said they couldn’t sell any more boxes because it’s a slow month for profit. What part of not selling helps you grow profits?
What’s interesting is the lady who sold it to me was extremely rude and literally avoided being questioned.

Normally friendly and helpful. However, I dropped off an unopened return. They would not ship it in the box, which they had recently delivered. Any damage or issues with the box were the result of FedEx but they wanted me to pay to re-box the package they just delivered. Not helpful or respectful. :-(

I went in with half a storage unit of stuff to pack and ship. They were quick, thorough, and gave helpful advice to keep costs down.

The printer was out of ink I told the talk black woman with the glasses on. She refused to help us as soon as the white lady came in she went to help her. I had to get another employee to help us it was a dark skin short lady with glasses on that helped us out she gets 5 stars not big bird 5-6-25

My prints didn't come out right from Canva, but Auleah and Alisa were so helpful and literally saved me! They fixed everything and reprinted them for me. Awesome job ladies, thank you!!

Went to this location midday today (Thurs.) & saw the sign for for FedEx's new FedEx One flat rate 2 day shipping anywhere in the U.S.. Asked to use this to ship my package to RI. The staff member says "Sure, it will be $16 and get there on Monday". When I brought it to his attention that Monday is 4 days not 2, his response was "Well, its not literally 2 days because we don't deliver on Sundays". Ummm, Sunday would still be 3 days, NOT 2, and it LITERALLY says "2 Day Shipping, Anywhere in the U S." right on the sign next to the register. Leave it to FedEx to rollout a new program to deliver the same terrible service that doesn't meet their own advertised deadlines. Terrible service!

Fedex turned a once simple process of printing, into a complex, money grab. Congratulations I’m getting a printer now. This is a prime example of the worsts of capitalism.

They didnt charge me for tape and they printed my label out for me. both are such small things but some locations expect me to buy a whole thing of tape, or bring some from home. I do the latter but it feels ridiculous. Similarly I don’t love UPS/Fedex stores that make me print my own label - no one has printers at home in 2024 IMO. The guy was named Jerry or Jarrett but he was great. Super nice.
