After some initial confusion and frustration with the customer service rep, she was able to turn things around and ultimately provided a positive experience. Improving clarity, signage, and purchase options would make the process smoother from the start.

Make sure you walk on eggshells when you enter the store because the employees do not want to be there and they don’t want you there either .
