After some initial confusion and frustration with the customer service rep, she was able to turn things around and ultimately provided a positive experience. Improving clarity, signage, and purchase options would make the process smoother from the start.

If I could give zero stars I would. And if I had read some of these other reviews before I came in, I wouldn’t have never step foot in this place. Forget horrible customer service, there was no customer service. As many packages I have sent and received through FedEx, I have never been refused service because a small box wasn’t taped. I apologized for that discrepancy and asked if she could simply tape it for me. She refused

Dear FedEx Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep frustration with a recent experience involving a misdelivery of my package. Despite paying for express shipping, the package was not delivered as expected. It appears the delivery driver entered an incorrect address, which led me to call and request that the package be redirected to a FedEx facility. Unfortunately, I encountered poor communication and a lack of assistance from multiple representatives.
This experience has caused significant stress for me and my spouse. As a loyal customer, I feel that we deserve better service and more accountability from FedEx.
I respectfully request that a customer service manager contact me directly to help resolve this issue and ensure that this does not happen again. I would appreciate timely assistance in locating and properly delivering my package.

Horrible service from the 1-800 line and the old lady at the front. she very unhelpful and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence because she was to busy hearing her self speak. Horrible communication from hotline and no assistance with trying to ship a perfume bottle and getting information how to package it properly. Do better fed ex seriously. Especially people who can do their job and not have people running to 3 different location saying they can ship it without proper information.

Make sure you walk on eggshells when you enter the store because the employees do not want to be there and they don’t want you there either .

Quick service, no problems. Although the storefront looks like an industrial warehouse when you're driving up, it is open for customers to come inside and ship.
