So grateful to Donovan and his team who got me back on the road. I had to drop the car off the night before and it was ready fifteen minutes after I woke up and returned his call. Will definitely visit their store again in the future for all tire needs, even though it's nearly an hour out of my way.

Whew, let me put some love into the universe for Firestone. Car maintenance is just the worst. Period, lol. Cars are pricey and updating/fixing them is even crazier, so I feel like these experiences can be stressful no matter what. When dealing with my car, I always just pray to enjoy some great customer service, a quick + final solution and maybe, just maybe, I won't walk out feeling robbed. Lucky for me, all of the above happened in this recent experience with Firestone. I didn't go in for a car fix, but a simple oil change. After putting off my oil change for one holiday away and like an extra week (I am just a girl, pls). I finally made some time to be a grown up. While getting some beauty appointments done, I figured I'd find the nearest spot to get an oil change before I went home. Lucky me, I looked on the Firestone website and they had a coupon that resulted in a great deal and I went with it. I submitted an appointment request and went about my day. My only complaint, I don't love that appointments are not immediately official but assume it's for good reason that I don't understand. After not hearing back within an hour, I decided to call and confirm before I got closer to the appt time and learn I didn't have a spot. I spoke with a kind woman who let me know that she saw my name in the system and apologized that no one had confirmed yet and immediately confirmed my appointment. When I arrived, of course I wasn't the only customer, auto shops stay packed! No one was at the front when I arrived and before I could even consider being impatient, a woman poked her head in from the shop outside letting me know that she would be out in a moment. I always appreciate the simple acknowledgement if you'll have folks waiting around looking crazy for a bit lol. When she came over to the desk I realized that it was the same woman I spoke to over the phone and she was just as nice in person. I got checked in and asked her a realistic time frame on my visit. She let me know that there were a few cars in front of me but expected that my car would be taken in within the hour and I'd be out of there before it hit 2 hours. I always expect that or longer, so I wasn't too stressed, it's just nice to know! I do wish that these chain auto spots would invest in comfier lounges or amenities, I have ideas. The chairs were so uncomfortable and the little tv, oh my. :( I had my handy iPad with me so I watched a show while there but the wifi was super spotty when I tried to switch between my apps, no bueno. A little over an hour later, my name was called. Yay! Not having to be there for 2 hours was truly a treat. My coupon came in handy and checking out was a breeze. A pretty good (mandatory) adulting experience.

The first time was cool. This time the staff seemed to be upset I declined the extra procedures they recommended. Such as..coolant flush tune up brake job as well as multiple filter replacements. I was there 3 hours after being told it would just be an hour and 30 min. I guess they were checking all that stuff (sarc)..even though I really just wanted tires installed.To make a long story short..I have the parts skills and tools to perform the maintenance on this paticuler car..just no tire machine or balance machine.Next time I will have my tires shipped home and just go to one of the three quick change tire shops I passed on my way to Firestone.

I’m in Houston. My daughter lives in Atlanta. She called me in a panic due to her car not starting. Learned it was the battery after asking her to get a jump. I knew walking into Firestone was not a good idea so I called and spoke with the store manager, explaining the circumstances and that my daughter was with a 3 month old baby. He approved her car to be looked at immediately, despite them having a full day of work on their plate. I feel this not only will keep me using Firestone as my go tire company, but I feel now I have “another” great reason why.

I service my automobile at Firestone where I always receive excellent customer service from my auto repair advisor Neil. I feel confident in knowing that my auto needs are met and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I coordinated my car to be towed to Firestone and notified them. They were receptive and called me back to inform me of my car being received at their location. Although, they never called me to update me. When I showed up, my car was ready within 30 minutes of my arrival. The wait time was ok but customer service was excellent. Thanks for making it go smoothly.

Donovan and the entire team are professional and went above and beyond to assist me in diagnosing my issue. Found issue, made recommendations without pressure, great communication, prices and staff. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10

Needed AC repair, registered online a day in advance, however when I arrived to the shop they said their AC machine had been out for a while yet neglected to tell me before making the trip. Waste of time.

Manager was no help. Appointment set for 10am for A/C service. Got there and was told there A/C service machine has been down for 3 weeks. If you set an appointment online they won’t check what service you need and if it’s available. It just automatically accepts it. Waste of time and effort.
