Can you please respond to my emails? I was in an accident, and I physically cannot speak on the phone. It's been over a week. I need my medicine. At a certain point, it just becomes cruel.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. My doctor has been using them to fill my Ozempic prescription, which I am not taking for weight loss, but for it's true medical purpose. They do not communicate at all. They do not fill their prescriptions when the medication becomes available. I have had to call over the course of three weeks after I was assured that they would follow up with me. They did not. They do not respond back to their text messages either. Though I understand there is a constant shortage of Ozempic which they can not control, their customer care should be better, given that they are locally owned.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! My doctor uses this pharmacy and so I was referred to them. I had a major surgery and was then prescribed a medication that I RELY on daily. This pharmacy has been impossible to get in touch with. When you do, they are rude and hang up on you. I called asking about whether the price they quoted me was for a 30-day or 90-day prescription and the representative sighed saying "Oh my gosh so many questions". Then, once I paid for a 90-day supply, they sent me 28 days. No biggie. I called and double-checked that the next 28 days would be sent to me before the current 28 days runs out. They said it was auto-refill. I called 1 week before my meds ran out to CONFIRM that this was true and that there was nothing I needed to do online, in the app, or on the phone to have my meds sent to me. Well, a week later and there is no medicine in sight. I have called 5 times today, been hung up on 3 times, been on hold to speak to a pharmacist twice and hung up on both times. Now I have to call my dad to call them because I am not being taken seriously. I have paid LOTS of money for my 90-day prescription and can not even keep them on the phone long enough to receive what I paid for. When I called today I was told I needed to go refill my own prescription, so I did, and when I called and asked when I should expect my medication they said "I don't know" . Keep in mind, I HAVE to have this medication. Absolutely the worst pharmacy around. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Worst Pharmacy Do not use this pharmacy the customer service is awful. A guy who was supposed to be helping my girlfriend cussed her under his breath after she asked him genuine questions about her prescription. There where multiple calls to this pharmacy about a prescription and promises that the prescription would be delivered and never got itRude.Unreliable.Unprofessional.Go To CVS do not use this pharmacy

Get Well was recommended to me by my dr when I couldn't get medicine I needed from any other local pharmacies, big or small. Everyone at Get Well was so nice to me, despite that I called and text them way too much. Medication that I was previously unable to get anywhere else (have been trying since end of June) was delivered to my door by Getwell within 4-5 days of me first contacting them. They went above and beyond for me.

This pharmacy is the worst. I don’t really understand why my doc has been using them but I just requested to switch to another. I have a prescription with 1 year of refills and I’m supposed to get a 3 month supply at a time. For whatever archaic reason, they won’t auto-refill so I have to hound them to get my prescriptions sent. This is a nightmare because they’re 1) hard to get ahold of and 2) straight up do not respond to their text message service line.The last time I got ahold of them for my refill, they sent a 1 month supply. So at the end of that month, I called and asked what happened. Someone said they’d look into, and after a couple days I hadn’t heard back so I called again and the answer I got was that the pharmacist made a mistake and didn’t fill 3 months, but said they did. So they cleaned that mess up with my insurance and said they would absolutely have the prescription to me by the following Monday. It arrived on Tuesday.This time, I called and asked for my 3 month supply refill. A none-too-pleasant employee said they’d get it refilled and send me a link later today to confirm my shipping address. That was around 9:30 AM and here we are at near 5:30 PM with no link and no word about my prescription. Their Google business hours show that they’re open until 6 pm, but upon calling at 5 I got the “we’re closed” answering machine. It prompted me to press 3 to leave a message, which has proved only to end the call immediately after pressing 3.To say this pharmacy is incompetent, unpleasant, and unreliable would be putting it lightly. I generally prefer locally owned businesses, but this is a compelling argument for using reliable, conveniently open, almost always reachable pharmacies like CVS.

These people are AWFUL!!! They aren't WALMART but a pharmacy where apparently there is a NEED. I have no choice but to deal with them because they are who my doc uses for prior authorizations. My first prescription took 3 months and I never got a refill. My 2nd script I had to call after a month only to find they hadn't even submitted my prior authorization. I called yesterday to follow-up on refills and the lady kept asking if I was another patient. When she finally said she would call my doc I asked her to give me an update and I'm still waiting on that call although my doc said they sent the request. Their phone lines say messaging is quicker. I sent a message yesterday at 1:40 and "how can we help you" today at 9:56 and still nothing to my response. I wouldn't suggest using them unless you can wait forever or NEVER on your medicine. They encourage you to use their app but none of my scripts are in the app lollll... I told the lady this yesterday and he response to all my complaints was "I understand." This cannot be a legit pharmacy.

terrible pharmacy. Calls dropped. Pharmacists can not answer basic questions regarding delivery or when prescription will be prepared. Systems are outdated. Deliveries not made on time. Do not use this pharmacy. I've had multiple bad experiences !

Like others have said. It’s impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone. I’ve been on hold for forever with no hope of figuring out where my prescription is. I get it shipped to me because I live out of state. Their texting service never responds and their RX local app doesn’t work for me. Guess I have no way to get my medicine I’ve paid for.

I’ve had the worst experience possible after transferring my prescriptions to Get Well. Below is a list of just a few problems I’ve had:Will not answer the phone.App does not work.Medication filled incorrectly numerous times.Lost prescriptions.Delivery does not come when it was promised.Something wrong every time I order.I fired them!!They won’t be in business much longer with this kind of service.
