Incredibly efficient and open in their communication with me throughout the process of my case. If I had any questions, both Phyllis and Jennifer were extremely accomodating and patient. Gibbs Tillery, LLC. showed me their confidence in their expertise; I felt I was always being taken care of and was able to trust them wholeheartedly.

I wish my experience matched the other reviews. Although I chose the Gibbs Tillery firm based on these reviews, I was disappointed time and time again over the course of the divorce proceeding. I was kept in the dark and never had any idea what was going on with my case. The advise I was given did not serve my interests and following their advice only created more delays and problems. When it came time for the final proceeding, Jennifer abandoned me to her partner who was unfamiliar with the case. Generally, I found the firm to be uncaring and provided subpar legal guidance. Huge mistake hiring them.

Thank you’ll for nothing , for wasting our time & our money!!! If you felt like you couldn’t be the best lawyer to represent your client then you shouldn’t have accepted the money. You shouldn’t have accepted the case at all!!!Your client came to you for help, you knew your client had arrears that’s the whole point of getting help !! I really believe the other lawyer scared you and you felt intimidated and tried to use the excuse that your client was in the arrears so you should withdraw!! That shows that you’re a weak lawyer. You haven’t did anything for your client at all!!!!! Except for take your client money!!!! I will not recommend anyone to your firm! You leave your clients high and dry when they need you the most!! Thank you again for NOTHING and taking your client MONEY!!!!!

There are not enough stars to give this team. Both Jen and Richard were beyond amazing in my time of vulnerability. This was not the first time I have used this team for legal support, but this one meant the most.The compassionate energy accompanied by knowledge, options and easein the process was everything I was looking for in council.If you want a team who is personable, not pushing you off onto a junior colleague once you have agreed to work with them, this is the team. My concerns and questions were always met with timely replies and detailed context so I could make the best next step for me and my loved ones.I would recommend this team to anyone, especially friends and family.

I do not recommend calling this law firm at all! Jennifer took my money & withdrew from the case 1 month before a court date left me high and dry because she didn’t feel comfortable representing me because my family pay my attorney fees and I have arrears!! Jennifer knew I had arrears before taking on this case ! That’s the whole point of hiring Jennifer to help me get child support payments modified!! Jennifer if you’re so concerned with my arrears you should’ve did your job and kept track of everything to help me! Or better yet refund my money back so I can put it towards my arrears. This law firm does not keep in touch with you at all! You have to call them to get updates that’s how they get you by incurring more fees!They keep you in the blind about your case , it seems as if they do not care at all they aren’t compassionate or empathetic ! I hired Jennifer in April of 2020 they dropped the ball & had the wrong jurisdiction so the case had to be transferred to another county in October months went by I was never kept in touch on what was going on , I called Fulton County Courthouse to see if I had case/was the case transferred the clerk told me no it was no case! I called law firm to tell them what the courthouse said next thing I know the case was transferred to Fulton very quickly !!! This law firm drag their feet they don’t do things with a sense of urgency at all, I got a court hearing & Jennifer withdrew from the case & took my money ! Do not call Jennifer for help she will leave you for dead!!! Jennifer wasted my time & money!!! Money gone down the drain which she has done nothing at all!!!

Had a good experience (as much as you can have while going through a divorce and having to involve lawyers). I felt I was listened to, my child's best interest was kept in mind, they were tactful, and kind. They were also understanding of my financial constraints and didn't try to wrack up unnecessary expenses. Fair warning that sometimes I felt I didn't get a response fast enough, but I only write this here to remind anyone and everyone that this is standard with all lawyers, as difficult as it feels in the moment.
