Prepay for two parts, drive over an hour to Carrollton, everyone in the office has no idea what’s going on, they are hostile, rude, and our parts are nowhere to be found. 2 hour round trip for nothing. Bad business.

With the assistance of Prontow towing these people demolished my car that I own mistaking it for a repo they towed the wrong car and ripped my front bumper and transmission out of a good running and operating car which I had just drove the day before. they should be closed down

They are rude and dishonest. The unprofessional clerk behind the window makes you want to find a lawyer and see if they doing shady business. As a consumer I hate that we are forced to deal with this type customer service and give them your money
