Tracee saved my life ❤️ After realizing my hair was so flat and had no volume, I opted for a haircut at Great Clips. Tbh, I didn’t have high expectations due to previous experiences at great clips, but Tracee knew what to do with my hair 😍🔥. She listened to my requests and hit my expectations exactly 😄 And she was so quick!!

Stacy did not seem to care at all about how I wanted my haircut. She practically pushed me out of the chair in under 10 minutes. Zero attention to detail. Would NOT recommend. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I’m sure all of the stylists there do great work, but yall have to go see April. I choose great clips because my haircut is relatively simple, a fade on the sides and trim the top, so why spend salon prices? I’ve had my hair cut at Great Clips all over this country but April in Decatur, GA knows what she’s doing and she will give you a salon-level cut at Great Clip prices. Why are you still reading this? GO SEE HER.
If it helps, I naturally have really curly and dry hair. That can be a challenge for some stylist but she shaped it into perfection.

Walked in with my 17 month old boy by random decision to get his first haircut just 20 mins earlier. April was amazing & so patient with him even though there were some tears at first & he wanted to keep snuggled close to me through almost the whole haircut. She did an amazing job!

My first and recent visit to Great Clips was awful. The older white guy (had 30 years of experience) who cut my hair didn’t listen to my instructions and cut it way too short. When I politely told him, he got really angry and made a racist comment about Indians not tipping. He then kicked me out of the chair without finishing my haircut and didn't even let me pay. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Please go to any other great clips but this one.

Unless your deep into debt or broke don't go here. They do not know how to cut hair and don't listen to anything you say put your money into a different business because this place will take your money and smile on your face.

Great place to go if you don't want to get a haircut. I checked in online and paid for parking just to come to a sign that's there closed for lunch. How do you not have more than one person working at this store. I get people need to take a lunch break but if you know someone booked an appointment and you ask for their phone number at very least just let them know your going to shut down the whole business during normal business hours. There are two hair salons right across the street. I would highly recommend anyone to just go there.
