I just want to lead with the following: NONE of the following issues are the employee’s fault. Taylor and Terry are great employees, and they made my experience better. Please don’t hound them as they are not responsible for Micah’s or Scotty’s actions and failures. Please understand there is NOTHING they can do if the situations are above their paygrades, please be kind. I will break down my timeline so you can understand the agonizing process I went through with GrillzByScotty ( Grillz By Scotty.)On December 27,2023 I ordered a grill with the following specs; service and handling fee: ($19.00), thick spot x 6 ($300.00), Silver x 6 ($300),Cubic Zirconia x 70 ($700), totaling up to $1423.99. I was told by Taylor that this would take 30 days because they were a little behind.On February 21, 2024 I requested a refund and was told because my order was in the process of being made that I could not get a refund.I also sent a few text messages while all of this was underway. I finally met Micah on March 2, 2024. I asked her where my grill was and she stated that my grill would be ready to try on in a few days and that it would be finished by the end of the week. I told Micah I would give her until the end of the week. She stated she would send me a picture of my grill at the warehouse later that night or the next morning. During this I had reached out to scotty who responded twice and initially did not help. I asked Micah for a picture of the grill. The next morning (03/03/34) Micah sent me a picture of the order form, not a grill, so I asked for my money back again. She then stated I will have it ready to try on within a week, I explained to her that is not what she told me, she told me that it would be a few days until I tried it on and I would get it within a week. I stood on what I said and then she told me to come same day to try it on, I explained to her that I am not able to drive and I don’t trust it. I tried the grill on and She then told me she would have my grill no later than Thursday at 6pm. Mind you I initially gave her to Monday, she set that deadline, so now that is what I expect. I messaged her on Tuesday March 3, 2024 and she stated aain Thursday at 6PM. I texted her today (03/07/24) and asked was I still ok with coming at 6pm she responded via text that I was. She then called me and asked could we do 7pm or the next day because the diamonds have to be placed properly, I told her no to the next day due to me already waiting and it becoming aggravating to deal with. She said she was ok with 7pm and I sent another text to her letting her know this was egregious. She then said come at 6pm, im going to make it happen. My mom brought me to the shop at 5:55pm. Micah was not there and neither was the grill. She pretended to be the victim of the whole situation. Micah sent me a picture of the grill and it was missing stones, and I knew after it was done it still wouldn’t be 70 stones. I was charged for 70 stones at $700.00. It was 50. I immediately asked Micah for my money back for the unused material and she started to ignore me and only communicate with the employees. She finally responded LYING saying that she was was on the way and actually HAD NOT left. She finally sends me a text and says she will be there at 8pm. This woman ( MICAH BASKIN) pulls up on the side of the building so she doesn’t have to show her face and hands my grill to the employee. I was injured in a wreck so I couldn’t get to her fast enough to get close, but I asked can I get a refund she yelled something and literally drove off, I have the video. One stone has already fell out and it looks horrible. I will be buying a grill somewhere else, and I am still going to sue for this horrible grill. I will sue for $1200 instead of the full $1400 since Scotty returned some of my money. Scotty was decent enough to send me $175 of the $200 owed, but this business needs adjusting and fast. I will NEVER shop there again and she had the nerve to offer me a credit. I will be speaking to my lawyer tomorrow in reference to this matter.

What a joke of a business!! At first everyone is nice and makes the customer feel important. But as SOON as you get molded and spend your money, you don't hear a peep from anyone. Nobody responds to emails, text messages, nothing. I'm tired of being led in a complete circle to the point of not getting my Grill. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! And I love Scotty, but I just won't spend my money at this establishment ANYMORE!! I'm VERY displeased and disappointed!!! They sell more hope than they do the grillz!! If I could put 0 out of 5 for the review, I would. Grillz By Scotty doesn't deserve a star from me!!!

Update: I have yet to receive my grill. I have requested the product or my money and have yet to receive either. This place has a terrible business model and will scam you out of your money.Don’t go here.Patient and detailed! My first experience getting a grill was pleasant and quick!

I'm really starting to get irritated with this company. I paid the Full payment of $985.51 on 09/27/23 got molded for it on 09/28/23 inside the shop. While being there I was molded by a nice girl named Autumn that seemed so nice and professional. She told me that it would only take 3weeks for me to receive my grill. Today is 02/19/24 and I still haven't received my grill. First in October they kept sending me emails saying that the did a special for Halloween and were trying to get all the 100 orders out that they did and I would receive my before Thanksgiving. Which I really don't understand what that have to do with me when I came a whole month before Halloween. So Thanksgiving comes and goes and I receive an email saying they're sill behind and I will receive my grill a week before Christmas. Christmas comes and goes and I don't receive anything from them at all. I start emailing them and not getting a response back. I started looking on social media for the girl Autumn, after finding her on Instagram she writes me back and tells me she's sorry for what I'm going through and lets me know that she doesn't even work for the company anymore. Two weeks later I finally get a response back from the supervisor who says "reaching out to extend our sincerest apologies for the delay but they encountered some unforeseen production issues that have slowed them down." Within that same email they invited me to a customer appreciation event they suppose to be having in April 2024. Which is crazy because how are you going to invite me to an event about grillz and I still haven't received mine nor do you know when it will be ready??? As an African American I try to support my people and contribute to their businesses but this is just wrong. I truly feel like they only care about their celebrity clientele. I don't see how a company can post on their Instagram every single day promoting their brand and trying to get more clients when you haven't even helped the clients who have been waiting to get their grillz for months. Its really sad that I even have to come on here and say any of this.. If your a regular person like me and you work hard for your money...I don't recommend you going to this company at all. They only care about their celebrity clients. Go spend your money elsewhere.
