Horrible customer service. The self check out credit card readers are broken, and they only have one cash register open that is staffed by a person and can take credit cards. It is going to take you an extra 20 to 25 minutes just to check out. You’ll do better spending extra time driving a little further than coming to the store.

This store SUCK. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me in tools/hardware , Susan at self checkout tried her very best to help. She even paged someone in those departments several times, no one came at all. Everyone must’ve had lunch at the same time smh. I should’ve went to the Home Depot in Midtown.

Awful customer service. I looked online and they said the had 2x1.5 reducer bushings (31 of them to be exact). When I couldn’t find it in the location the app specified I went and asked for help. Waited another 10 minutes and asked someone else for help. Finally someone showed up with no help at all. Simply said they didn’t have it. I don’t understand how your inventory can be off by 31 units in a single sku. And for me to wait 20 minutes for no help at all is insane. I will never come back to this location.

I just had the worst experience. I have a job to build a fence and pre-order my materials. I get a call towards the end of the day with a guy saying that they canceled my order because they don’t have the manpower to pull my order. I called back up there to find out. They never canceled my order but I need to come get the stuff myself or put it on a delivery. I’m always choosing Home Depot over Lowe’s, but every time I go through an experience like this, it makes me wanna go to the other side. They were very unprofessional and would not let me talk to a real manager. I’m sure even this review is gonna fall on deaf ears.

I have had two great experiences buying appliances here. Debbie Vowell helped me out both times, she's the best! She helped me pick out exactly what I needed and the sizes that would fit in my home. She answered all of my questions and made the appliance buying process go very smoothly. If you are buying appliances, be sure to ask for Debbie!

HOURS of time wasted
THOUSANDS of dollars lost
because of 1. incompetence and 2. lack of any desire to fix a problem caused by them. Mr. Allan is literally hiding from me right now. im calling the store as i type this and watching them let the phone ring at the rentals desk. MY customers are affected , MY business is affected, and all because this Home Depot doesn't care about their customers.
