Not sure how to feel about this Home Depot1- the person in charge of the costumer service haves the worst attitude about everything and does everything she can not to help2- why is there so many not employees helping out side asking for tips3- the cashier actually are pretty efficient and with a good attitude4- managers are impossible to talk too it makes no senseI have 7 grade education so please forgive me for my grammar!!!This Home Depot is rather disappointing for the customer service they are happy to take your money but not to help you solve problems after your purchase and the pro rewards program is junk it haves happen where us contractors purchased something and it just doesn’t appear on the system and we have to pay for the consequences of their bad system and terrible customer service anyway miss carmen I’m sure you are a nice lady but if you are the face of the costumer service you should try to just be little more helpful thank you

2024-2 update: Still trying to get ever on my list without success. Yesterday didn’t have enough 1/2” pipe foam insulation, today I just wanted four pieces of 3/4” foam pipe insulation….0 for 1 this time. Stock levels are terrible.2023-8 update: As a long time DIYer, I continue to drop the star rating of HD. From the constant lack of inventory, the lack of in-store help, and the lack of lumber carts, one can add poor customer service. I left a bag at the checkout, and when I went back, I was directed back and forth between the customer service desk and the checkout area, finally they said the bag must been restocked the items and I was out of luck. How do the continue to grow?

A good place to shop. It's very convenient from where I live too. The staff were helpful and eager to help with your needs. They all should be given a thanks from their manager. Even a raise would be nice. Have lunch delivered for them and say something to make them feel appreciated. One company that I used to work for took all of the employees out to breakfast one morning. We had a wonderful time before we went back to work.

I've had trouble with deliveries.. I purchased something at the Wesley Chapel store with my debit card. My contractor said it was the wrong size, so I went to return it the next day, and they told me it had already been returned in Douglasville for cash. I called corporate. I called both store managers, and I got the receipts and never got anything resolved. The Douglasville store gave someone my $133 and some change. And their delivery system is terrible! I'll never go to Home Depot again!
