Unfortunately this was my first and last time at an HR Block. I asked for someone experienced yet she wasn't familiar with something that was confusing to me as well, that's why I paid them/her over 300.00. Well my return was rejected and she tried to point the finger at me. if she knew upfront my paperwork was Incomplete then why agree to submit my return with errors and/or missing info?? I feel I deserve a Partial Refund of what I paid since my return was submitted incorrectly! I put my trust in this place and this was very disappointing.
