I live in the neighborhood and have had Brian and the ITA team take care of all of my cars for 8 years. I have always found them to be honest and trustworthy.
On multiple occasions, Brian has given me advice about deferring repairs that were not critical or should be looked at by the dealer because they were indicative of defects. He has also helped us in an emergency situation where our workhorse family car had to get towed in and we were out of luck without it.
Their oil change prices are very fair.
Sometimes they can be difficult to get ahold of on the phone, but are always attentive if you pop in, or have the patience for them to call you back (likely at the end of their day).
Great mechanic.

super disappointed in the servicing of my car and the customer service I experienced - pretty condescending. My car sat for weeks while I rented a car, only got fixed (in 2 days) when I paid to tow it elsewhere. Tried hard to stick with the local business and guy in the neighborhood, but unfortunately won't do it again.

Talked down to me and avoided my calls, but picked up and talked to my boyfriend. Asked repetitive questions like they didn’t believe me when I told them what was wrong with my car. They held on to it for multiple days without telling me if they had even looked at it, and then left it messy when I was able to pick it up. However, it was making a (new) weird noise when I picked it up that only stopped when I hit a pothole.. ?! The whole experience was unfavorable and I won’t be going back or recommending to any women. Plenty of other places will treat you and your car better.

We've taken our cars to Intown Auto since we've moved to the neighborhood 13+ years ago. Brian is a delight to talk to and a straight shooter. He calls you before they do any repairs and gives pretty accurate estimates. A few times he has not charged us for small things (jump-start; rock stuck by brakes)!We're very happy with the service at Intown Auto.

Definitely show up to the location, do not try and call. They never answer their phones, are completely unresponsive, give bad advice. If you can get through expect it to take a couple weeks to get fixed. Only redeemable quality are the prices are decent.

I was first recommended to try Intown for an oil change about four years ago, and they are the only mechanics I will bring my vehicle to now. Pricing is always reasonable and fair, service is great, and I just sleep easier knowing that my vehicle is in good hands. I've even started bringing my work truck here because I have much more confidence in Brian and the crew than I do with the dealership!Services: Brake service & repair

Went in person to ask about replacing my car window and the man said he would call around and call me back. He never called back. I called again to ask and they said they were still looking and would give me a call when they found something. Still never heard back, it's been two months. No thanks.
