I had called looking for chiffon they said they had several choices and that they were on sale. Went over to hopefully get what I needed and was met with a disaster. I managed to find somethings that I could use. As the guy was cutting the material I ask him if they would ring up on sale or if I needed to take a pic of the sale tag. He said none of it was on sale. I had been in there an hour now waiting in line to get material cut. So I took what he had cut to the front to check out. I was met with another line.I was 7th in line and someone from the floor came to help check people out. Or so I thought, as soon as the second cashier got up there the first cashier took off laughing and said she had other work to go do. There were now 15 people in line and she left that one cashier to ring us up. When i got up there i inquired about the situation and found out She was the manager. I will not be going back to that store. It was a nightmare. Very unorganized and frankly the people were rude.

Epic waste of time. I waited 10 minutes in line with my toddler and there was only one cashier who moving super slow. There was only one other employee who was at the fabric counter, so they couldn’t help at the register. I had to leave before buying anything. I live 5 minutes away but will not be returning. Their inventory is also very paltry.

I have been on the phone waiting for 30 minutes just for someone to answer the phone and no one answered the phone. It is completely unprofessional for you guys not to be able to be reached for me to purchase some items that I’m looking for. Thank you.

This woman who looks like she is of Arab decent with dark hair, black pants and shirts, and black glasses followed my mother and I around the store on every row we went down. Very amateur security guard!!!!!! I caught her Staring at me while I’m looking at the crochet needles. She acted as though she was on the phone speaking in another language then she goes back to speaking English. You were very obvious!!!We have visited this location several times and have NEVER taken something without purchasing it.She was absolutely profiling us. We are two black women well dressed shopping for yarn (due to big yarn sale).I didn’t see anyone watching/following the white people that were shopping. We would like to visit and feel comfortable. Not like we’re watched as though we’re thieves. I get it it’s needed but shouldn’t it be subtle vs uncomfortable for those patronizing the business. We paid for EVERY item we picked up. I won’t spend another dollar at this location.

October 15 I ordered 9 floral pieces that they offer on sale. As of now I received only 1 pieces and got notification that another 1 pieces is on the way. Received email on October 25 says 5 pieces was cancelled because they were unavailable yet they are still offering them on the website. Wish I could give 0 ⭐

I came tonight to purchase foam for a bench seat. I gathered the foam, took it to the front where I was told that I needed to take the foam to be measured. I told the cashier, Lauren, that the foam had a price of 84.99 and tried to clarify if that was the price per yard. She said she didn’t think so but that either way I need to go and have it measured and bring a yellow ticket. As I walked away, she mumbled, “instead of of wasting all this time up here.” I turned around and told her there was no need for a snarky comment as she had taken her time with each of the people before me checking out. She refused to look at me, or apologize. I approached the manager, Ben and explained the situation to him. He did not apologize on her behalf and when I told him there was nothing in the foam department saying that it needed to be measured by the yard, he responded with, “well, we put up signs but they fall down.”Obviously I chose not to spend my hard earned money in a place where I’m made to feel like a nuisance for trying to understand the price of what I’m buying.Customer service, at least for me, was terrible.

Don't order from this company's website! I placed an order that was shipped more than 2.5 weeks ago. Tracking from fedex shows it has been all over the southeast, has come to my state twice, then left again. Joann's customer service takes forever to answer and they aren't helpful. They just keep saying to wait for the package. I needed this product for a commission painting, so I had to order it from another site. Will NEVER order from Joann again.

Customer service with floor workers was sub-par. If you asked I question on something the answer was " umm maybe" or "I don't know go look". Store was a MESS and they were out of a lot. They also had sale signs up that were apparently far put of date and wouldn't honor it. The cashier was absolutely phenomenal and sweet though!
