Trash. Brought in my work vehicle for routine maintenance now. I'm stuck loosing money day over day because of this. Only to hear the worker tell me the person knew the part was needed from the beginning. I was given the all clear on the day of pick only to find the next morning I have an issue.

You will wait hours on hours, even with an appointment. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and inspect my tires. When I arrived, they quickly checked my tires so all was going well. Two hours later, I finally asked how much longer for the oil change only to see that my car hadn’t moved from the parking lot! Two hours…and nothing had been done! I was furious as I sat and waited thinking with an appointment this should take no more than an hour (and that’s being generous). No one updated me on timing or even communicated “This may take a while.” If they had been up front with me when I arrived I would’ve understood and tried to make arrangements so I didn’t just sit there for two hours. While I was waiting, a fight broke out between some mechanics which we all loved witnessing. My oil didn’t get changed but at least I know I’ll need new tires sometime soon, but it won’t be with them.

They are cheater. They gave good discount prices on phone. He told me he will send email with confirmation code but he just send me order number. The price he gave me was 482.74 for 4 tyres.I went there and I gave my car to them at 1.30 and told it will be ready in 1 hour and 30 minutes. I came home waiting for their call. They didn’t call me but at 4.00 I went there and they said they just started working on it and might take 1 hour. I came home again. I called them again at 5. They said they are working on it and will call me once done. I didn’t receive any call from them. Again I called them at 5.45 and said they are still working and will take 45 minutes more. They all played game with me. I went there at 6 and still it was not done. Finally at time of making bill they over charged me and gave me bill of $730.Horrible experience. I request you not to go to them for any kind of service. They really charged me too much. All people working there are rude. No customer service at all…

Mr. Blue was vey nice, patient, and able to explain the work that was needed to fix my vehicle. His attitude was pleasant and very welcoming. I appreciate the service and I will be back again. Thanks!

I called and we priced two tires. I get there and before going inside and while still in the parking lot with my car, the rep says I needed back brake pads AND rotors for almost $400. I asked him how I needed rotors when he hasn't even removed my tires to check the rotors? He said 'oh, it helps with the warranty to get brake pads and rotors at the same time' which I thought was ridiculous. I didn't buy anything. I wonder if I would have been told the same if I had my husband with me?

I came in for brakes on Friday, and called beforehand to ask if they were available. The mechanic, Brian, who answered was very unprofessional and for inquiring about the reasoning a long install, he ended up telling me that i didn’t have to come back. Only to find out that he instructed the crew to work on my brakes last, even though the part was received over 2 hours prior.This started when I was clarifying price of brakes and rotors because every time I asked him, the price changed, so I asked him to walk me through the pricing again to make sure that I was being given accurate information. He even went to the extent of saying that this was the reason why the install took several hours, when our actual interaction was less than 10 minutes.I initially dropped the car off at noon and he Intentionally gave me an inaccurate ETA. My car was there for 6 hours. Of those hours, I waited in the shop for 2-3. Even another friendlier rep Blue stated that he saw that he was being confrontational with everyone that walked through the door, as another mechanic mentioned that he had ‘been that way all day today and did not understand what was going on with him’ and apologized for the rude unprofessional statements that he also witnessed of Brian - attempting to frustrate me to deter me from coming back. I had heard some good feedback about Mavis which prompted me to give them a try, and from this being my first time, I think there is a definite disconnect with what Mavis considers a high standard of service if this is at all deemed normal.

Took my car there to get a tire checked that was always losing air. Was told by the employee that I needed 4 new tires, even though there is still tread on the tires, and there were 2 nails in the tire that was always losing air but the tire couldn't be patched because the nails were too close together for the tire to be patched. I left because the tires all still have tread and the nail thing sounded weird to me. Took my car to another tire place and the technician there said there are no nails in my tire and that I don't need tires. The issue was something else with that tire that was easily fixed and I went on about my day. This Mavis is terrible. How many other customers has this Mavis swindled???

Mavis Tire has given me the run around for months after being paid to replace my brake lines on a 2006 Chevy Silverado. Their mechanic (since let go) did not install OEM factory line sets, and instead hand bent copper lines and kinked the lines everywhere. They also did not remove the old lines so the new lines are hanging rather than fastened to the vehicle. When trying to drive the truck off the lot, the brakes were not working properly. They have since made me take the truck to a 3rd party, Medlock Gulf: Decatur Auto Repair to prove their work was shoddy, and then promised to send the truck to their internal specialist team to properly fix the truck. No one has reached out about progress and I have been given excuses whenever I stopped into the store until today when they called to say they were going to tow the vehicle and get rid of it. They are currently refusing to reimburse the $2,800+ for their shoddy services.

Word to the wise that if you decide to go here you should:- Clear your schedule.- Pack a lunch and some snacks but there are food optionsnearby.- Bring water to stay hydrated.- Bring something to keep yourself busy ie. a book, some music,crochet, or maybe a board game (if that's your thing).- Bring charger for your electronic devices.- Multiply any time estimations by at least 1.5- Understand that making a reservation may or may not helpyou.- Keep in mind that when you are told that you are next, it will beyour last chance to bounce (if you can). Once your vehicle is onthe lift, it's too late...- Have patience.But seriously though the 8 hour wait was worth it to have 4 tires changed/balanced, wipers replaced, and the oil changed. Credit to the crew though front and back. The work done was done well.

We just had the best experience with Brian at the Decatur Mavis. I was there with my two kids, and it was a very stressful day. Brian was knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately made me feel at ease with what to expect. On top of that, his patience and kindness with the kids was enormously appreciated, just all in all a great guy. Promote him!

I called Mavis Tires & Brakes about 20 minutes ago, the agent Tim whoanswered the phone was kind, courteous, and thorough. I went into the store and was met with more kindness, professionalism by the store manager, Ravati. Ravati embodies the excellence and attitude of what customer service from management should look like. She is also a working manager and has no issue with giving her direct reports their props.Ravati also has a heart to see others become a member of a team that provides excellent and thorough services.RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a flat and these folks helped me out — friendly service and super fast! In and out within the hour.I had my dog with me when I got the flat and they were super cool about it too. Thanks Brian, Felicia, and team!

Felicia has great customer service. I have been to this location just once and she greeted me with the nicest smile. Very attentive to your needs. Even with the store being busy she was very good with multi-tasking! Very knowledgeable about the tires. Overall great employee!

Felicia was very sweet and informative with all the questions I had! She even let me know I get an employee discount since I work for Emory healthcare. It was a bit of a wait but everyone was very nice.

This has been the best experience needed to find a mechanic because I was driving on the hwy and hit debris in the road and knocked my covering of the bottom of my car I already needed an flush for my AC, tube up and tiers I was scheduled to go somewhere else for these services I came in on July 30 as emergency but came back today as a new customer this was because of the customer service from beginning till the end starting with Ms. Felecia, then Brian and Ken. Ken walked me through the issues on my car an ensured things would be ok the first day then day two Brian and Ms Felecia sealed it all again with consistent customer service and the quality of work and Service I am truly a fan and so is my father I had to leave a review keep up the great work. I could go to any Mavis but I drove from Fairburn to Decatur because they deserve it
