I came in last week to pickup meds and the wait was exceeding long. All members behind the pharmacy counter moved slow and didn’t acknowledge the customers waiting… no thanks for your patience or I’ll be right with you. Once I finally got to the counter I was told that they hadn’t prepared it and they would call when it’s ready later that day. I didn’t receive a call until late yesterday. I come in today and the Asian guy whose name starts with a T was very bland and threw my bag and receipt at me and walked away once I closed out. Horrible customer service!

Completely makes sense why the rating for this location is what it is. My doctor called in my prescription and I followed up to confirm it was received and then also confirm the time the prescription would be ready. I was told 10 AM. It is 330, I am at the location and is nonchalantly told that the prescription is not ready and the pharmacist will get to it after vaccinations. No empathy. No regard. It says if I’m early… Make it make sense. Then asked me to take a seat and they will get me an update… I would’ve appreciated an update before I got here if you were behind. I understand things happen, but it doesn’t help when the people that work there, have zero empathy. This is my first and last time filling at Kroger. I will stick to CVS. At least at CVS I get updates when they are delayed.

I went to this pharmacy on Nov. 4, 2023 for three vaccinations; COVID-19, Influenza, and RSV. The personnel were very professional and thoroughly checked my insurance. I will continue to visit this Kroger pharmacy for all of my vaccines in the future.

The pharmacist was aggressively unhelpful. The Kroger down the street in Lavista was very nice and was able to help me with what I needed.

Not enough workers. LONG customer service line. Also store seems to crowded with items. For a kroger, it was hard to maneuver the cart through the stuff. Prices are also not much better than Publix currently.

These people are insufferable! After all the money we poured into this store pre and post pandemic...they never know basic information and when asked a question, they will never respond "I don't know but let me help you find an answer"

My Wife and I visited this Kroger this afternoon and they only had one checkout open and it took my Wife about 30 minutes to check out. While waiting a Kroger employee was very rude to me for sitting down in the front of the store. I am handicapped with a bad ankle and congestive heart failure and unable to stand for 30 minutes. I then moved to a handicapped scooter and the security guard was testy with me until I showed him that the battery was so dead that it would not move. It is awful to only have one check out open on a Frriday afternoon. We do not use self service check outs but they also had very long lines. If we are going to give them our hard earned money they could at least keep enough cashiers to take our money. Awful experience.
