I am a local teacher, parent, and wife trying to get feminie products. I am not allowed to buy buy. It is locked. I was told they could not open until 7:00a.m. I need to go to work and it is unacceptable. Shout out to Ms. Pricilia who opened the locked gate and walked with us so we can get what we need. It was a mother trying to get milk for her baby.

Can something be done about this location? It desperately needs some updates. The managers and employees here should be fighting for some workplace improvements. It stinks badly. The floors are filthy. The entry doors are so dated. Why does this location seem so neglected? Can the regional management team focus on a remodel and providing decent fresh food to the community that shops here? I’ve been having to drive to Lidl and Publix when this Kroger is right up the street from my house. And because I really do love Kroger, I’ve just been ordering for pickup at the cleaner locations. Crazy.

I really hate shopping here. The lines are always absurd, the selection is terrible and items are very infrequently restocked. also, their deli selection is nonexistent. overall the entire shopping experience is just so disappointing, not to mention that recently the entire store has had an awful odor of feces or something.the fact that this is one of the only grocery stores in the area is so depressing. the people deserve better.

I'm absolutely furious! After already getting shorted from the warehouse the same day, I paid put in another order for Instacart to buy my birthday cake and a few other items for delivery from this Wesley Chapel store and the Kroger representative on the customer service line even called them right before I placed my order to make sure the cake, a honeydew melon and 8 tomatillos were available. She was told by someone at this store they all were in stock, so I put in my order right away. When the driver showed up at my door she rang the doorbell and by the time I reached the door she was already in her truck pulling away. I could see the bags at my door were small; not complete, and most notably that my Bakery Fresh Goodness Double Layer Chocolate Fudge Iced Cake cake was missing. In addition, the tomatillos were the size of golf balls and there was one missing. I can't very well make my Salsa Verde recipe without the right proportions of ingredients or it won't come out right. I had to yell and waive my arms to flag her down to say she forgot my cake and that the representative had called ahead and was told they had everything. She finally stopped and stuck her head out of her car and rudely yelled in a nasty tone that she didn't forget anything; that the store didn't have it and "had almost nothing but water" which was probably an exaggeration, even if that store does suck, but still, her conduct was unacceptable too. After not listening to what I'd just said she told me I should have called ahead, so I reiterated that we HAD! How does this happen? Did they sell my items I had paid for to someone who walked in the store? I am disabled and on a little tiny Disability check, I have no way to go to a store myself, and nobody else to go for me. I can't afford to wait 3-5 business days to receive multiple refunds. How is it that Kroger gets our money immediately with no assurance of receiving what the customer has paid for, but we have to wait to receive that money back for a mistake they made? They should be required to do a re-delivery WITHOUT customers taking all the risk with our money! Additionally, a driver/packer should not just leave empty-handed when they can't get it at one store, and should have the manager contact a store who does have the item, hold it for the customer and the driver should go and get it from that location and bring it to the customer so that the order is properly fulfilled. That would be the right way of doing things. I have called customer service and filed an official complaint and I expect someone with the authority to make this right to see to it that I get my items tomorrow before closing. I am trying to have a salvageable holiday and birthday but so far it's not looking good. And lastly, if this store is this substandard as I'm reading from other reviews then either; 1) Corporate should fire the manager and stock/inventory people, and hire somebody who knows what they're doing. OR 2) Shut it down and reallocate resources to other stores that ARE run properly!

This was my first job over 30 years ago (11/2023). It still looks pretty good, well kept and clean, friendly service. Good prices on produce.

This entire stire needs to be revamped and upgraded. North Dekalb stores don't look like this , nor are the household and beauty areas engaged in those areas. Lets get an upgrade. Im sure you have the money to do so.

Get that old milk off the shelf never again will I buy milk here. How is it that I bought a half gallon of milk a few days ago and then I drink some yesterday and it's 3 days old! Never have I bought some milk and a few days later it's expired ?. That means I probably bought it on the best buy date. Are y'all looking at the shelfs, if the milk is about to expire why would you still have it on the shelf.

Smells like a garbage can upon entering front door. Completely discussed with how dirty this store is, can see actual dirt in the ground going down the isles. Just gross in here. Unclean, unkept, smelly, just bad. Worst Kroger store.

Shopping at Kroger with Military Hat and Mask. Noticed being followed around the Store. It's a Military thing to know my Surroundings.Walking to Cashier up front. Lady at other Dept says can I Ring up your Groceries. Told her sure not a problem. Have to Chuckle because I Noticed her following me also. Lol.She ring up my items plus put "Paid Stickers" on my bags. Walking to leave store and my Cart Locked. Guys walks over assumed I Stolen my Groceries. I wanted to Curse him out for being Stupid. Gave him my Receipt to make him look Stupid. I always pay for my Groceries plus leave the Baggers a $20 dollar ? Tip.I'll never shop at this Kroger again. Just go to Publix next time. I am impressed with this store compared to a couple of years ago. This is my go to Kroger about 70% of the time because it's super close and easy to get to.It's clean, the produce is good, they are hardly ever out of what I buy the most and staff is friendly and provide great customer service. It would be great if it were given a major overhaul (on the outside) to take it out of the 80s. The inside was refreshed recently and looks great. My only issue is the "caged" area where the toothepaste, cleaning products and diapers are. If I need to purchase something in that area after 9 or 9:30, I can't because they lock it and have to find someone to unlock it.
