The Worst Kroger I Ever Shop At Every Time I Come In It's A Problem David The Cashier Denied Me To Showing My ID Over Phone Cause My EBT Card Doesn't Swipe Then The Manager David Denied Me Talking Bout A Store Policy When The Store Policy Also State For You To Check IDs When Buying Tobacco But I Have Also Showed My ID Off My Phone For Tobacco Here So Make It Make It Sense Please Enforce The Rules All Around For Everything Not Just For One Thing

The lady at self checkout (10/23/23) is very nasty with customers. I over heard her talking down to every single person she spoke with. When it was my turn to get torn up, I asked for the one thing I came in for, cigarettes. Immediately she started shaking her head and went non-verbal on me. I know some people struggle with this but I remained patient. She yelled out that they didn't have any more of what I wanted. I glanced and saw one more box to which she exclaimed. "Those ain't 100s those are lights. You want lights??" I said no and apologized for bothering her. She marched back to her post and returned to staring into the abyss. It's a shame how some people actually hate being paid to work. Our country is in shambles.

As a non profit organization ive been up applying to this location several times and has not gotten a response. As of today i finally spoke with Shavon and she was rude and did not apologize for their mostake of over looking one of the organizations. Mind you they need us truckers to bring in products. They wont evwn donate back to the community through a known orgainzation who is out in the community working for the people. Thats ashame. I dont understand how we keep shopping with this location. I will never spend another dime there.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went to purchase a soda and get cash back on 9-11-2023 at 6:22pm at the self checkout and my transaction was declined for some unknown reason but the store still took the money out my account. So i showed the nice the young man David, which is one of the (employee's), that it took my money out my account and he has gone over and beyond to try to help me get my money back ,which the one manager with the blonde hair (African American)female, told me money would be revised back to my account and here it is 2 weeks later and i still haven't gotten my money back. I called the corporate number still no help. Today i will be calling the news and the BBB to report this because at this point they have robbed me of my money and i have a receipt and statement to prove it.

It's all about who you know! Associate Ty Samuel goes above and beyond with every customer. He makes you feel like family. He provided me with useful tips for using the app, maximizing the coupons, and searching the weekly sales. I'll be looking for him each time that I shop!

Everyone is aware that prices have increased. However, it's aggravating to see the price of many of the same products much cheaper elsewhere. Example bottled water almost $4 for case of 24, chobani yogurt $1.25 at Kroger. The 24 case of water elsewhere $2.79 and chobani yogurt.99 cents. These aren't the only items with much higher prices, I just listed a few. Needless to say, I choose the later.

Slightly annoyed with this location disregarding the fact that the customer service is lacking but why does it take 15 mins for me to get a drink if I'm the only one in line that ordered one drink? ? Its too many people to be behind the counter for them to move that slow. Starbucks is a fast pace moving environment if you are a slow mover i don't think you should be working there. #KnowYourself its also weird as hell for them NOT to be calling ppl names put for their drinks. How would someone know if their drinks are ready if they dont say anything. Pls get it together.

The Pharmacy in the Kroger @Flat Shoals Pkwy needs a Pharmacist and staff that give a D#!* about people. Forget that there's always a long line wait to even get to the counter, but the attitude of the staff is that Customers should wait for hours to get a prescription filled. My example: 3-hrs after my Dr. called in my Rx, Kroger Pharmacist told me that she hadn't had time to listen to voice prescriptions and did know when she would have time. Not once did anyone care whether the medicine needed was 'life-saving', but they did command me to sit & wait for as long as it might take..I took my prescription to Publix and will never use Kroger ever!

Kroger is my very favorite store. The customer service is always nice and friendly, the store is always clean. I just hate it so bad that the stopped making it sandwiches. They were the best. Better than subway and soooo much better than Public's.

I’m at this Kroger a lot doing Instacart shopping.It’s unfortunate that every other shopping cart seems to be dysfunctional. I hate going through the entire store with a creaking cart. They definitely need newer carts.Some of the staff is friendly and helpful, but most look like they don’t want to be there. The store atmosphere itself is not my cup of tea. For my personal shopping I choose the ALDIs across the street or Publix. Definitely a more pleasant shopping experience.

Well for one thing, it's sad that there is no grapes, watermelon with seeds, this world should stop trying to kill us, by selling products like that no seeds, we wasn't growing up like that, that all that control of what to sell or not SAS

MS.SHIERLY IN THE BAKERY IS SO AMAZING!!!! SHE CALLED TO CONFIRM MY PICKUP TIME AND ALSO NOTIFIED ME OF THE SLIGHT CHANGES! I PICKED UP MY CAKE… SHE GREETED ME WITH A WONDERFUL SMILE AND JOKELY LET ME KNOW I WAS LATE LOL!! MY SON’S CAKE WAS BEAUTIFUL! I REALLY APPRECIATE THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE AT PUBLIX ACROSS THE STREET! THANK YOU MS. SHIERLY!! YOU ALL ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE HER!
