Made an appointment, showed up on time to that appointment but somehow waited 40 mins after before I just walked out without getting my lab work all while listening to the Walgreens pharmacy staff violate hippa laws.

Tech was very unprofessional and rude with a terrible attitude. She was rude and unprofessional with another elderly customer in the waiting area as the lady was confused with the kiosk. The employee clearly needs to be retrained. In customer service.

Desiree Walker has an extreme attitude, when I first walked in She wasn’t pleasant and had an attitude the whole interaction. When I walked in to do the drug screening, I noticed there was tissue in the toilet when I asked her could she flush the toilet since we couldn’t and there was tissue in there, she tried to make it seem like there was nothing wrong with it and tried to correct me on it but yet I visually didn’t see her flush the toilet nor check the bathroom after the person before me came out, so I’m confused why would someone be ok using the bathroom after someone else toilet not flush nor reset for the next individual that’s so trifling . Why I was met with huffing and puffing and an attitude? This is your job. Then told her coworker it’s always the urine drug test that has an attitude huh? lol When I asked for her name, she got combative and said what is your name but clearly it seems like this isn’t her first incident looking at the reviews. I will be contacting corporate.

Writing this in the hopes that the managers or training staff will see it. I hate leaving bad reviews, but someone needs to ensure the phlebotomy team understands best practices. During my appointment today, the tech applied the tourniquet so tightly it was painful. Mind you, I have had my blood drawn monthly (and at times weekly) in my doctor’s office this year, so I’m familiar with the mild discomfort at first, but this was intense. She arranges the six tubes that are required on the tray, cleans the site (all good here), and then finds the vein and inserts the needle. After the first tube is filled and she starts on the second, the blood flow slows down considerably. She’s moving the needle around, trying to encourage more flow, but at this point my arm is getting pale and I’m losing feeling in my fingers. I mention it to her, hoping she will remove the tourniquet (and likely restore blood flow), but she doesn’t. Instead she declares this arm “no good” and removes the needle. When she removes the tourniquet, the blood rushes into my arm and I can actually see it flush pink. She moves to my right arm and repeats the same process. Again, after the first couple of tubes, the blood flow starts to slow and my arm is losing feeling. She manages to fill the last vial, removes the needle, and then takes off the tourniquet. This process was much more uncomfortable than any I have encountered previously, plus it required two needle sticks, which I don’t believe would have been necessary had she removed the tourniquet after blood flow had been established. I could be wrong about the technique, but something was definitely off here and could use improving.

Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. However, once inside the 2 ladies running the place we're very nice and informative.

Desiree Walker was beyond rude to a patient who came into get bloodwork, I witnessed her speak so unprofessionally to an older woman and then refused to provide her name because she knew she need to be reported. I got your name and gave it her and will be making a formal complaint against you as well

Fast, easy, painless experience. I came in for testing with no appointment, walked-in at 10:00 on a Thursday morning. Lisa was fantastic - professional, straight-forward, and kind! Out by 10:30.

1.5 hour wait in the morning and then I had to leave bc I had to go somewhere, came back and it was around a 2 hour wait. Labcorp sucks.

I had an appointment scheduled about a week and a half in advance, but I wasn’t seen until 50 minutes after my scheduled time. Wait times were excessive due to the lab closing late for lunch, which delayed reopening. There were only two staff members—one handling blood draws and one handling urine pre-employment screenings.
I called several times prior to my appointment to verify what I needed to bring but could not reach anyone. After registration, I emailed my documents. When I asked about wait times, the blood draw technician said she would call me when ready but provided no further clarification.
During my appointment, the urine collection staff was rude and unprofessional. Instructions were unclear, and she became impatient when I placed the specimen cup exactly as instructed. She also refused to let me use her pen because I was holding a paper towel while opening the bathroom door to retrieve my purse, snapping at me multiple times and giving conflicting directions. There were no visible sanitary practices in place.
Overall, the staff displayed attitudes that are not appropriate for client-facing roles, making the visit frustrating and uncomfortable.

I had a 9am appointment and was seen 8.55am after I did an easy scan check in. The nurse Jeanna Johnson was awesome and I didn't even feel the needle!

Horrible and VEHEMENTLY DISRESPECTFUL lab tech or whatever her position is. I won't describe her looks but these kids need to learn respect, just like every other post says. I went to get blood drawn but the disrespect was overwhelming and I left unfortunately. I will be calling corporate. And advise everyone else to do so. Btw this was at 10am. Like how can you be that upset this early? Customer service reps should have to go through a 6 month test/trial period. Ridiculous and won't use LabCorp ever again after I call corporate. June 2025

I scheduled appointment online and they were 20 minutes late. If you need blood drawn, DO NOT COME HERE! The staff is very rude. They didn’t even speak to me. Tech grabbed my paperwork and just shoved a needle in my arm and that’s all. No hello or goodbye. Very strange test results from one of the tests, so it is likely not even mine specimen. Don’t trust them with your well-being.
