Revising my review. Dustin at LexTechs reached out to me personally via text to find out what they could do to rectify any concerns. He got me right back in and did a great job over communicating everything they were doing to find and fix the root issue and ensure my experience was good. It was above and beyond. Thank you!

I brought my 99 Lexus ES 300 for a diagnosis of taking the car too long to start. After a day I was told further diagnosis would be needed to confirm the problem. $300.00 more later I was told that it could be a plethora of problems and to start with the fuel pump. After being told this Dustin reached out to me to ask of my experience. I communicated to him that I did not like my experience and that I was charged additional money to be told the same thing twice. He was very dismissive and had a snarky attitude about my valid concern. He said he would circle back with his team and go from there, never called back to close the situation. I had already paid for the service but what frustrated me was if you're going to reach out as a representative as Lex Techs and dismiss my concern what was the point of reaching out? I had brought my vehicle to them before and had a completely different experience but the most recent time was not good. I didn't appreciate Dustin's tone during our conversation nor did I appreciate him not reaching back to atleast close the case. Mya was great I've dealt with her on both occasions and she did an awesome job explaining the issues.

I came here after a couple terrible dealership experiences. We own Toyotas. The waiting area is very relaxed. They are timely with my service maintenance. We recently had a bigger fix to take care of and I was helped by Dustin. He had great communication. The woman at the front always does a great job going over my inspection and guiding me through what the day looks like.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went in for a diagnosis that they charge way too much for 179 when you can go to your local Toyota or lexus dealership and pay 130 for diagnosis. They over charge for everything. I spoke to the sales lady and she said they was going to charge me 179 to fix my window because it didn’t go up. I told them not to touch my window if I have to pay 179 for that. I went in for a brake system check. But the way my driver window worked fine before and after I brought it to them. They try to upsale you worse than the Lexus dealership for stuff you don’t need. The manager Dustin said I got a diagnosis and repair for 179 and not one repair was done. Stay far away. Would not recommend they mess stuff on your car without telling you. I can go all day.

LexTechs Decatur provide quality and reliable service. They usually are able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I've gotten premium service, without paying the dealership price. The only thing I don't like is the limited parking when leaving your vehicle and they only provide shuttle services within 5 miles.

Lextechs is a gem of auto service center find for me. I located them due to the overpriced and poor customer experiences at Atlanta World Toyota service center. LecTech's is the epitome of service excellence at it's best. Their prices are extremely reasonable, techs are knowledgeable and efficient. Dustin the General Manager is very personable and truly knows how to build long lasting relationships with his customers. They have done wonderfully with multiple services on my 2016 Camry XLE automobile.!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Really appreciated the service and honesty at this shop. They gave thorough explanations of how my baby is doing and what she needs to keep thriving for many miles to come. Devin really helped me plan out the repairs to be gentle on my budget and put me at ease.

I am so grateful to know that my car is going to be in top condition when I pick it up at LexTech in Decatur. The staff are very helpful. I also plan to upgrade my car at some point soon and after talking with Jimmy I feel like he’s going to help me find my next car. The customer service is excellent. The service I received was the same as what the majority of people mentioned in their reviews - excellent. They gave me a shuttle ride within a 5 mile radius and the shuttle was there within like 2 mins of them mentioning it. Shuttle driver was also very friendly and engaging.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I took my 2013 SUV in for a scheduled maintenance and my vehicle runs much better.

Absolute awful customer service. I couldn’t even get ballpark information for what a repair would cost. Even with a written quote and diagnosis from Toyota, they refused to provide me so much as a ballpark quote on work without paying an initial $180. This feels like a bait tactic to secure work that I absolutely intended to get done with this place because I didn’t love the dealership quote. Instead, I will just be giving World Toyota the business instead. If you’re in the Atlanta area, I’d beware.Keeping in mind this comes after I’d had great customer service but a series of issues following a repair I’d gotten done at the John’s Creek location. I tried giving this business a second chance but this was the last sign I needed to see as a customer. Keep it simple. Stick to the dealership.Service: Auto maintenance
