Located in a dying mall this Lids shop has a pretty decent selection, the guy up front whatever his name was I don't remember but he was super chill, helped me with font sizing and I'm sure most people would have said F it you get what you get. Anyway good Lids shop. Mostly the only good thing in this dead mall.

was at this store yesterday and the internet was down so i could not purchase the hats i wanted. I asked the MOD if she could hold them until the morning but she said it was against store policy. I didn’t understand that due to the fact that if the internet wasnt working I would have purchased them right then and there. When i returned today she immediately caught an attitude when i inquired about the hats. She claimed they had not made a sale yet but 2 of the 4 hats were not in sight. She kept saying that it’s against store policy to hold hats. Then she had the audacity to tell me that it didn’t matter because she wasn’t going to sell me anything out of that particular store. I was really more irritated that i made a special trip and because i had questions she refused to sell to me. She has no absolutely no people skills at all. This is why it’s hard for businesses to prosper. The employees will be the down fall of good business!

We came in today looking to get company hats made ask about our logo on file. The on duty was on his phone with the speak on the entire time. I told I him I had logo already converted for embroidery at nearby store. I ask Could you call other and see if they could email it over he said no. I asked. Do you have their number because the number on google is disconnected. He said no. He don’t have access to any other store number. I asked could you your manager to see they have the number to other location He said no. It’s not a good time to call the manager. I asked why not?! Is there something wrong. He said no with no reasoning! Just that he didn’t want to call her I asked could you contact your district manager he said no. Drive 2hrs away for no service! Great customer service! lol
