I drove over 20 hours here from Texas and Florida and I am so grateful to have stumbled across this Nail Salon. The customer service and service it itself are exceptional. The atmosphere and vibe of this salon are everything and I would definitely recommend it for others.💖✨
Ask for Mrs. Kim or Mr. Michael! They were amazing❤️🔥✨

Michael is the best! I've been a customer for at least 11 years. He is truly an artist. He takes his time, and he values his work, it shows. My nails never break or snag. My nails look so natural. Absolutely beautiful. I moved out of state, and after a year, I could not find a nail shop that could come halfway to his work. So, I drive from another state to Michael to get the excellent work he does. It's time for another trip to Atlanta, and I will be back with fresh pictures of his fabulous work!!!!

I started going to Mike and Kim in 2006 it was great experience and good customer service until 2024 I had been out of town for a couple of year's I came back they had a new nail tech her name was Lee she was awesome at her job until it became tension between the owner's and the nail tech they said she was spending too much time with one customer Lee was doing everything from eyebrows to my nails and feet with a pedicure with the feel in with acrylic and nail designs my appointment was at 10:00am and she would be done by 12:30pm this is on a Tuesday when it's not busy so there were no other clients waiting on Lee my appointment would cost $200 because Lee was so good I gave her a $30 tip every single time when I was there this particular time I came in it was so much tension that Lee was rushing the process the owner's kept watching Lee I sit in the chair at 10:00 10:25 she was done with my nails she wouldn't do a manicure and she barely shaped my nails and she put one layer of acrylic I ask her was something wrong and she said I will fix everything the next time you come in I decided to leave I paid for what little she had done then I left very bad service and I will never go back to Kim and Mike's a nail shop ever again you don't treat paying customer's like this when they tip and show appreciation ?????

I went here with my cousin who got her nails done. Bad attitudes and you have to pay before you get your services done. My cousin didn’t like her nails when the guy finished so he had to fix it. Salon reuses tools used for pedicures instead on spending the money on personal kits to focus on hygiene. There was also a trail of ants by the sitting area.

The pedicures me and my friend received were good but my gel nails were absolutely bad. The woman was argumentative about my design even though before she started I asked if she would be able to do it. After about a hour our of going back and forth with her and even pulling up reference pictures my nails still turned out horrible but I was just so irritated I decided I'd be better off just fixing them myself at home. I will never go back there.

I've been a customer for years, I've seen techs come and go but the owners are great. Not too up to date on the newer styles but for a classic look they're good. The ladies who do the pedicures are good too. There's one who did my husband's feet and he enjoyed the service and thought she was very skillful. The best time to go is during the week preferably around 12-3.

First time visit to get a basic pedicure at 7:30pm on a Friday although 8pm is the closing time. Upon arrival Kim said the wait time would be a few minutes, then 5 more minutes which end up being 30 more minutes. I waited at least 45 minutes total. I noticed the chemical scent was a bit strong while waiting but I decided to remain patient.My pedicure done by Linda felt thorough, a little rough on the toes with the sharp tools but no mishaps. Although it was after hours by the time i was seated she was patient and attentive which I greatly appreciated. My French was perfect. I'd happily return to Linda and recommend her for your pedi if you visit Magic Nails.My initial interaction wasn't ideal but Linda made up for it. I left satisfied. Thank you Linda.Service: Pedicure

I really get a pedicure every few months just as a treat. However when I do I always get the same tech. She doesn't do a good job. She is not friendly and I don't like her attitude. Now, maybe I should stop going to them but its convenient to my home and I really don't know anybody else. But this time I wanted to post because enough is enough. They come in our communities and give less than good servce..I think! I'm tired of it. The prices have gone way up but service is really nothing to brag about . I wish I could find a African American salon in my community that gives good service and makes feel like I'm actually wanted as a customer not use take my money.
