Ordered a pizza online (take out). When I checked I saw it was missing the double old world sausage.When I pointed this out, I was informed that they were out. I said that was fine just refund me the few bucks I paid for the topping.I was told they could only refund me the whole amount. Told them that was fine.After the refund was processed. They then told me I could not have the pizza.I know it is not the fault of the staff but that is one screwed up policy for customer service.

Well I can say it’s was a Friday! Order pizza online at 7:30 pm. The pizza was delivered at 10:20pm. It was not the DoorDash fault. It was the pizza store. I even went up there for my pizza and it was not ordered there. That’s my last time ordering there…

I ordered delivery on March 1st 2024 @11:00pm (hour before they closed) the app told me that my food would be delivered at 11:35pm . At 11:08 they notified me that my food was in the oven. Fast forward 12:00am comes around till no pizza so I called 5xs no answer when some girl answered she was in the background saying y’all just don’t gaf about my safety but never put the phone to her ear to hear what I had to say about my order. She hung up and I called back 5 more times she kept picking up and to hang up so I pulled up she tried to tell me they was closed but had like 10 orders just sitting there I told her I was looking for me food bc it was never delivered and she proceeded to try to argue with me and lie and say my food wasn’t there after I spent $50 on the website she then found one pizza (I ordered 2 and some wings) said it wasn’t there and told me she’ll give me a refund I said Oka go head she looked at me and I said I’m waiting on my refund she said ima just call the police I said well go head I’ll wait on them bc I don’t have my food or my refund long story short the girl tried to fight me calling me all type of BITXHES and that I was broke and etc. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WORKERS DONT HAVE NO MANNERS AT ALL. The gurl wears glasses with pink /orange looking hair and she looks young and then her coworker asked me what I was looking for I gave him my name and my other food was sitting right there the whole time she just didn’t wanna do her job at all

The pizza is good. The service is often slow and unorganized. The managers have a difficult time keeping it fully staffed. In my last experience, I ordered their pizzoli's online. It took 30 minutes after I arrived to get them after waiting 20 minutes before arriving at the store. It wasn't a weekend or a typical busy night. The young man handling the orders was confused and giving people the wrong order.Parking: Located in a strip with Goodwill and Chase Bank. The parking is easy and free.

I ordered a build your own pizza which included spinach. The quality of the pizza was good, however there was barely any spinach. I'll continue to visit again.Parking: The location is in a large plaza.

I come to this pizza place every day it's a hit or miss but today it was so much cheese on there. I felt like it was a choking hazard. I only had a small, spinach pizza. I told them to put light cheese I ended up taking all the cheese off the pizza But still threw it away

ZERO STARS if I could. I guess the employees are too busy playing on their phones to pay attention and cut someone’s pizza. I tried to call about the issue and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said it’s not their fault and the employee “forgot”. How do you forget when you have hundreds of orders a day? Unprofessional and the quality of the pizza is subpar.

Last time I order about a month ago everything was perfect. I ordered delivery which ended up being through door dash, which is fine but I didn’t get any of my sauces or the 2 liter. When I called they said I could come pick everything up or call the general manager in the morning for a refund for the 2 liter. I was mostly disappointed from my missing sauces. Sounded like to me they are a little under staffed at this location. The lady on the phone was nice and understanding

I recently placed an order through Uber eats. I always ask the the delivery person grab some Parmesan cheese packets because they never provide it with outgoing orders. Well the driver asked them and they told her it's 10 cent a pack. Well my problem is, when I pay for sauces,dips, or anything else, the restaurant refuses to give what you paid for and you have to sit back and accept it. Uber sometimes don't want to refund you on stuff like that. I don't think it's fair at all. If it's being done to me, imagine all the other customers they're doing this to. I was pissed. If I pay for something, I expect it to be in my bag since you want to charge for something that's already free with the pizza.

If I could rate this place of business negative 5 stars I would. Very unorganized, lazy, unprofessional. The "manager" Carteba Kemp provide this type of service. Don't bother using the curbside service. You will wait and no will bother bringing you your order. You go inside and she the face of the business, attitude rings loud. They charge 10 cents per Crushed red pepper packets & Parmesan cheese. They didn't give me my additional sauce that I paid for. Went back to get them after getting home and realizing it wasn't in the box. Carteba was outside on the phone, I politely asked her if she could please get the cups of sauce and bring them t o the curb since I had a curbside order. She told me no because she was on the phone and I could get out and get them. Very rude and disrespectful. She is the face of the business and the most unprofessional. Not to mention the food was disgusting. Way to go Marcos!

Ordered a XL pizza for delivery before 9pm. Said that it was on the way. I never got a call from the store. The door dash driver called me and told me that they canceled my order because they didn’t make the XL dough. (Didn’t order through door dash so I was confused). The driver said I should be getting a refund but I haven’t heard from the store. They should’ve tried to make it right. They waited until They were closing to cancel the order. Now I have to try to find food on NYE. That’s bad business and customer service. They could’ve offered another size. They knew they didn’t have dough when i first placed the order.
