The staff are nice people but the company is absolutely criminal. DO NOT purchase from this company as they do not honor warranties on obviously faulty products. They will use every excuse not to stand behind an expensive product.

We worked with DJ and he was very informative, without being a 'salesman'. We changed our mind about the support system and it was no big deal and easy. THE mattress was delivered today, everything went smooth and the delivery guys were in and out. I only wish that I had received this initation for a review after the whole experience had actually transpired, but I still felt compelled to give them a shoutout.

We were in the market for a new mattress. We had some very specific issues because of a back issue that my wife has. Julian was great! He asked specific questions relating to the injury, our needs, etc and showed us a few models. He answered all our questions, and was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.This was the Sunday before the Labor Day holiday and delivery came on Tuesday. That process was easy as well. They set it up quickly and took the old stuff away and the whole process was about 15 minutes.

No hassle, no pressure, just great service.What I appreciated most was the customer service, he listened to my concerns and did his best to meet my needs. I had a wonderful experience with Julian today. His knowledge exceeded my expectations. I was actually going to purchase (and had my mind up to purchase) a certain mattress but Julian’s experience led me to another, (less expensive) better mattress for me.
