“I have visited this business several times in the past. It’s a very friendly family owned business. The staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. They have been at this location since they opened for about 18 years and the experience shows! I came in for some wound care and the employee spent more than 20 mins helping me get the right option for me. You can tell they care about people and have a great understanding of the products they sell. I also got some grab bars and a cane for my mother. Highly recommend!!!!!”

“We had a small problem with a bed we purchased from Complete which was a manufacturing problem. Oreen got pics and stayed on the manufacturer until the part was replaced under warranty in which the manufacturer was slow to acknowledge. He immediately installed it. Complete has great customer service and that is important when dealing with people who are ill. He also kept me posted on everything. They want and earn your business.”
