I have rent storage twice before from different locations but Tanika made this experience more pleasant. She is very warming and patient with amazing Customer service. Differently recommended this location to anyone she’s very knowledgeable. Really hard to find that type of customers service anywhere these days .

Coming from extra space who raised my rent 3 times with no notice, Devon storage made it clear what rates were and were they would stay. Move in was a breeze! Would recommend to anyone who wants a no hassle storage unit

Balinda is one of THE BEST and I recommend this storage unit to any and everyone. I have had this unit for 3 years and I made sure to pay on time. Balinda will work with you as long as you are doing the right thing. She has a beautiful spirit, and she is also very easy to speak with. If ever you are in Decatur, GA and are in need of a storage unit, this is the place to go. Also, do not forget to meet with Balina. She will not let you down. I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars. She is also a real estate agent, so look her up, if and when you are looking for a HOME!!!!!

I'm so impressed. The location was perfect for my situation and Belinda was more than gracious and helpful. She always had the answers to my concerns and was helpful in guiding me through the process. With everything that was going on she help guide me in a way that took a major worry in my life situation and made it a little better. A little is alot!

This Is Bill, who with my wife Diane and I, we rent 4 Units at Metro. I called this morning and Marcia immediately answered the phone. I asked her when it would be convenient for me to come down and change the Credit Card we use for monthly payments of our units. Marcia said she was available right then. I told her could I come down in 10 minutes. She said of course I could. I went in the office and was greeted pleasantly by Marcia, which is rare these days. She told me it would only take a few minutes thar she already had our account pulled up based on what I told her un our phone conversation. What a wonderful , positive attitude and experiences I had with Marcia. If I were still a hiring Manager, I would without question, hire Marcia, which is my ultimate review. Thanks for Marcia. Bill
This is Bill Again, A few weeks ago, we needed yet another unit for storage of some more items. I calls Andy the current resistant manager, Belinda, who we are fortunate to have, was out on Sick Leave. But Deja answered the phone and immediately took care of all our needs. We are .ore than pleased that Deja will be teaming up with Belinda as her assistant for this storage site. Thanks for having a Superior Team there for us and others.
