I have called this location and a few others to see if they had an item in stock before I make the trip and no one and I mean no one anywhere answered the phone and they can't blame it on covid....smdh

Mike "the regional manager" needs to be dealt with properly....and by properly I mean the proper authorities need to look into the fraudulent and discriminatory practices at this location...Not only did Mike "the regional manager" refuse to acknowledge my valid discount...but he also falsified information in my account so that it could not be accessed at other locations...I know that I am not the only person that he used such predatory practices on so for that reason my complaints will DEFINITELY be escalated to the highest degree....and I'm not talking about corporate either....

Metro PCS phone service is terrible. There are times that I can not call out. Phone calls are constantly dropping. People are always complaining about my phone is constantly going to voicemail when my phone is on. This doesn't even look right when you have a business. I lost money because of that. I had to switch phone providers. I may come back and do business with this provider if they improve their phone service. Metro PCS used to have very good service and now I just don't know what happened. How could you charge so much for services because it is not worth it!

If I could give them a zero I would! The guy who helped me didn't smile and acted like he was tired and bothered. There was a man tossing a football in the store. Yes he is an employee! He came from behind the counter and walked around me sizing me up making "compliments" about my appearance. The only person that addressed me with friendly customer service and efficiency was Ms. E (her name starts w/an E) sorry. Everyone else needs to be fired! You don't have to act ghetto because you work in the ghetto!!

As soon as I walk through the door they greet me and welcome me to MetroPCS and asked me what can I do for you. And I like their greetings with a smile and being very polite.

Huge shout out to the staff of #MetroPCS at South Dekalb. After an accidental charge back for suspicious activity my phone service was interrupted. As anyone who knows me knows my phone is like an extension of me so it had to be corrected and fast! The customer service representative that assisted me, Nicholette, went above and beyond the call of duty to not only make sure my account was in good standing but she also helped me replace the phone that I recently purchased and was having problems with. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! From her professionalism to the expeditious way all steps were taken to have me back up and running before leaving the store. Thank you so very much Nichollette! And also to Chris, another superb customer service representative there at the store. He was the person that walked me through the phone purchase originally and made sure that I was provided with all the bells and whistles as well as discounts!! Thank you so very much to both of you for making me feel like your number one customer!!!

Do not purchase LG Bluetooth headsets from Metro and expect an easy solution if they stop working. First of all, you are referred to LG for repair. LG repair customer service is horrible. I had my headset (69.99) for 2 weeks before they stop working. You can not get a refund with a receipt and you must return via FedEx whom pimp you out of repacking fee since LG provide you a return label (free). Contacted LG about the charge for the repacking and they stated it was a FedEx policy, not theirs. I have used several mail services returning many packages in the pass and have never heard of this. I will be contacting FedEx Corp as well. This is a LG brand. LG customer service is horrible. They stated it is up to the store to offer a refund they can only provide repair or replacement. I return the product 10 days ago and the status at LG is Pending which the customer service rep kept giving me the run around and stating I can call in next week to check but I should have replacement by 10/30. He did not say that with confidence. Never again with Metro or LG. DONE!!!!

Eric Ward is an awful "manager" with no customer service skills. Would not give this place a penny of my money. And they won't exchange faulty Metro PCS products. Save your time and money.
