They lady in here put me on the phone with a metro pcs agent from a franchise, charged me 25$! Twice and still didn’t fix issue. She puttin u on the phone as u walk in, after she walk u what you want of course. I could of called the phone at home!!! She wasn’t worried bout nothing but making her 10 phone selling quota of they day and I remember because she was so excited she called her friends bragging about how she met it. Cussed out two ladies who came in for needing help while she was sellin her 10th phone😱😱😱 short, lady with glasses!!!

Horrible customer service. Unless you have gang or ghetto mentality beware. You will not get service. When you walk in you don't know which way line is going. If you ask for assistance reps become belligerent and extremely hostile. 8 reps 4 working and the rest gossiping and talking discussing with customers about how many babies they have or plan on having. Most employees are extremely rude and dismissive.
