  I love my toes, but my nails are horrible. I kept telling the woman she needed to fix something, she would say ok, then proceeded to still mess up. The acrylic and shape on each nail is inconsistent and the nails are different lengths. Idk if she’s lazy or she just doesn’t know what she’s doing, but she needs to practice. Definitely won’t be going back.

  I requested a Jelly pedicure, the lady next to me requested a jelly pedicure. I received the complete watered down opposition of what was next to me. And was told that it was due to the techs mistake and still paid full price for a service not received.

  Came here I asked how much would it be for short nails, with designs on all fingers, & he said $45. Listen!!…when it sounds too good to be true just believe it. They gave me someone who didn’t under anything I tried to explain or show, and the initial guy was dismissive after I addressed the issue. I ended up just getting extra small clear & I used two of my OWN nail art stickers and they still charged me $45, which wouldn’t of been a big deal if you didn’t already tell me “ short nails, with designs on all fingers IS $45”. The fact that I got NO DESIGN & was still charged $45 I will NEVER GO BACK. Shape is horrible and no one listened to what I wanted, but dismissively took my money. MIND YOU THE DESIGN IN QUESTION IS ON THEIR PHOTO ALBUM, so why advertise a picture of something you can’t DO. I knew I should have just continued with telling them to take them off & cancel. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. This is my experience it may not be others, but for those reasons I will not be back

  These people have attitude problems and they keep changing their prices l know and l watched people leave in anger because of change of prices and bad attitude and that's why l no longer go there l found a better nail spa

  Horrible experience! We will never go back there again. The staff didn’t listen to anything that we were telling them. She cut my nails down after I told her not to. Now I have two different nail sizes on each side. The nail paint is done as if a kid painted them. Will NEVER go back. She then tried to over charge me for the service until I asked for a price booklet.
