Saw Dr. Renfrowe today and she was AMAZING. I was seen within 20-30 minutes which I expected to wait longer so I was surprised. Despite there being quite a few people after me, she took her time with me going over there care I needed and her plan of action.
The cvs itself is older and kind of disgusting, I couldnt get over the urine smell coming from the bathroom. It was repulsing, but seeing her was worth it.

I went to this MinuteClinic for two vaccinations. I made an appointment on Sunday. They saw me on Monday. I was 20 minutes late to the appointment and they still were kind and accommodating. The convenience and quality were top drawer.

Janet the NP was amazing. She helped both my kids feel relaxed, she was kind and joked them so they weren’t scared at all and made the vaccine visit easy for everyone. We will definitely be back next time we need vaccines!

I scheduled appointment to get a TB skin test it was easy to do I got a text message and an email about my appointment when I went to my appointments the nurses real nice I was nervous because I needed it for a job and she assured me she could get everything back in a timely manner it was only 2 days she also scheduled to follow up for the results which was easy for check in I was in and out friendly very professional

I visited this clinic yesterday, 8/18/2025, and was very pleased with the healthcare service I received. The team at MinuteClinic North Decatur Rd CVS is highly professional. I was assisted by Janet Renfrow, MSN-NP, who was outstanding. She actively listened, showed genuine care and respect, carefully reviewed both my national vaccination records and the records I brought from abroad, administered the necessary vaccinations, provided me with an up-to-date consolidated vaccination record, and even helped me schedule my next appointment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care and support I received.
The only issue I encountered was with the Red Kiosk, which did not recognize my pre-scheduled appointment; a technical issue I believe is outside the control of the healthcare personnel.

The nurse was great but she needs help. She needs an assistant. I seen her at 2 PM and did not get my meds until 7 PM due to because she was not able to call in and when she did call in the pharmacy was not able to check the voicemail because they were also backed up if she had an assistant, maybe Assistant could’ve sent an email prescription and I could’ve got my meds faster, the bathrooms there are disgusting Cleaned, especially for the mini clinic they need to have their own restroom for patients like us going to CVS. Restroom was a disaster. I will never come to this location

I made an appointment for a nasty cat scratch. They prescribed antibiotics, and the prescription was filled within 15 minutes at the pharmacy. Within 24 hours, I was feeling better! The staff is super professional, warm, and friendly. And my visit was fully covered by insurance - I only had a $6 co-pay for the meds. Thumbs up!

Angeline and Janet were two of the kindest people I have encountered in a health care environment. Both were engaging, thorough, competent and professional. I'd go back to see either one as my needs arise. Very happy with both of them and I consider CVS fortunate to have them both in one place.

I was really impressed with the team at this minute clinic. They had lots of folks waiting but addressed each person with kindness. My appointment was a bit delayed, but overall I was seen and felt like the nurse and practitioner spent plenty of time with me addressing each of my needs. Definitely recommend if you are in need of quick and easy care.
