Inept, unhelpful pharmacist. Did not have prescription, did not know when they would have supply. Did nothing to help find drug from another CVS. Was dismissive and seemed like she couldn't care less. Horrible. Like a third-world joke facility. Will NEVER go back. Have been using this CVS since 1999.

Don't be the first customer because they don't have money to pay you... They told me to come back in a couple of hours to recieve money!!! Why offer a service when you can't fulfill it!! Horrible experience!! If I could give it a -5 stars I would!

this pharmacy is constantly understaffed and doesn't even answer their phones. expect to wait upwards of 30-45 minutes in line to pick up your prescription regardless of whether you go inside or not. awful service.

Do NOT let the fact they're opened 24 hours allow you to select this pharmacy. The wait time is beyond ridiculous. I am currently on hold, have been for over 40 minutes, just trying to check if my prescription is ready cause I have gone before and stood in the line only to be told it isnt. Twice someone has answered telling me to hold without letting me reply.

Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever used. Please do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. You won't regret it. I have had terrible experiences here for years, but kept going back because it is a 24 hour pharmacy, and because I like the newer pharmacist Todd and think he does a good job of providing appropriate counseling about medications. That said, those are the only pluses and while it is supposedly a 24 hour pharmacy, this is really code for "you will spend at least 24 hours a year dealing with problems if you choose it get your prescriptions filled here." Problems that I have consistently experienced include: 1. Completely understaffed pharmacy that is way too busy given the poor staffing. 2. Filled prescriptions all over the floor waiting for pick-up since the bins are not big enough. This results in them frequently not being able to find you prescription. 3. Being sent away because they don't have a prescription for you even though you got a text saying it was ready for pick up. 4. Consistently being on hold for more than 30 minutes if you try to directly call the pharmacy. I was on hold for over 30 minutes this morning and had to hang up to go to work. Last night when I called, I was on hold for over 40 minutes and no one answered. 5. Despite the fact that my insurance has not changed in years, they frequently remove it so when I show up I am told my prescription will cost hundreds of dollars. When I remind them that I have insurance, I have to go through the whole process of providing my card and information and then given them "an hour" to enter it so that I can have it applied to the prescription I am trying to pick up. 6. Commonly waiting in line in the store or drive-through for 30 minutes to over an hour. 7. Being given a prescription for someone who is not me. 8. Putting my prescriptions under multiple names. 9. I have observed mistakes being made with other people's prescriptions (those in line in front of me)....remember I spend hours here so paying attention to those in front of me is really all I have to do. The list goes on, but this should give you the gist. If you are luckier than I and have insurance that allows you to go to Walgreens, check out the Walgreens one block away. Kind, efficiently, organized. A totally different experience in a good way. I just transferred to a non-24 hour CVS. Not what I wanted to do, but I refuse to continue to patronize this store despite the good pharmacist.

This is the most HORRIBLE & PREJUDICED place I've been to ever! Don't know if we weren't straight enough, or white enough, or wrong religion; but unused to being profiled! Literally said they didn't know when we could get our prescriptions, and that they HAD to call the doctor and the script was wrongly written! I said I've been getting this script filled right away for 2o years! I know that Adderall is a narcotic but have never waited more than the next day! Said that I could go to another pharmacy but because it was a narcotic they could not transfer it, I would have to call the doc and get another! So infuturiated, at the overcharge palace! Not going back.
