I have taken several motorcycles to MSP over the last several years and have always been very satisfied with their work. I won't go anywhere else.

There is no better bike shop in Atlanta than MSP. I have had them working on my 1999 Ducati 900SS a few times now (which is not an easy bike to find a place to work on it) and every time it comes out of there it feels like it’s brand new. They take their time with the bikes to ensure quality and their attention to every little detail is unmatched. They are extremely trustworthy and reasonable with their pricing as well which is not said about a lot of mechanics. If you need work done on a bike, a simple spring tune up, whatever, I could not recommend a bike shop more highly

I recently took a trip half way across the east coast with MSP being my final destination in regards to some parts they had listed . Tommy 2 coats and the owner were my points of contacts and let me tell you, these 2 guys are the type you wanna do business with!! Accurate descriptions, on point communications , awesome shop, and years of the real experience. If you're in the Atlanta or like me half way across the US... I can't say enough good things about these guys!!

So in all fairness, I have changed my review to a more “neutral” 3star since they never actually worked on my bike this time. I’ve been a customer on and off for many years but have finally given up. MSP claims to work on metric bikes but apparently only metric bikes newer than 2000. Interesting business model for a “full service” bike shop but that’s their decision. If you own a classic machine, you’re out of luck. Apparently removing wheels on a 1975 Kawasaki 400 triple to replace the tires is not something the owner is comfortable doing. Even selling me the tubes, tires and a battery to get my business wasn’t an option. Just bring in the wheels and they will mount tires. I saved money and mail ordered the parts and broke out my tire irons. Done. Freddie up front has always been fantastic to work with and has a positive attitude but unfortunately he’s not the only one answering the phone. The owner can be very moody and short. I wasn’t even sure I had dialed the correct number when he answered the phone. If you’re looking for a full service bike shop experience with positive energy, MSP may not be the place for you. I wish them luck but I will not be returning.

I have been infrequently coming here for routine maintenance for over 15 years ever since I was a teenager with my first motorcycle. Services have included oil, coolant, brake fluid changes, chain and sprocket replacement, clutch line replacement, tires, and general diagnostics.I once had a challenging problem to replicate where I would lose rpms suddenly and momentarily, but it seemed to only happen after running a long time. I received the bike back along with other routine services performed and found the problem to persist. After calling MSP I was welcomed back immediately so they could hop on the bike and experience the issue and explain the most likely causes. Ultimately, I replaced a sensor myself that they suspected was likely faulty and it rectified the issue.More recently, the shop was generous enough to let me keep my bike there taking up space for longer than normal due to my schedule after they performed a number of services.I have felt that when it comes to maintenance MSP has provided straightforward and true input to me. It is the only shop that I go to when I need service, and I appreciate their expertise and input.I do recommend to give them a call ahead of time to ensure your bike falls within the year and manufacturer ranges they service, as well as call ahead to see if they are open around certain holidays before making a trip over there.

They got me a decently priced tow then got the parts I needed overnight and had everything ready for pickup next day. They reused the inner tube in my tire that was still good and saved me some money there. They even cleaned my crusty, dusty wheels when they changed my tires. Couldn't be happier.

This is the way bike shops should be run. By fair, honest, experienced folks who gladly share knowledge and advice. I'm an ex bike mechanic, and anytime there's something I can't do, or don't want to do, I take it to Rod. I know there won't be any games or drama, and the bike will be right. To me, that's priceless. And getting hard to find these days.I won't take my bikes anywhere else... highly recommended.

If you are looking for a tire change, 5 star experience for me. Called, they had Michelin road 6 I wanted in stock. The price was great and their mounting fee very reasonable.
Brought the back wheel in the next day (they told me they didn't mind taking the bike either, but could have a one day turnaround, I didn't feel like dealing with towing the bike). They got it done in a few hours. I came back to a pristine rim with no marks from tire spoons and 0 damage to yamaha gold paint on the rim.
Rod is easy to talk to as well. Highly recommend the place and will be coming back.
