I recently moved to this side of town and this is my 2nd time going here and I have no bad complaints. I was in and out and they were very friendly and had great customer service. Will be back .

The customer service is horrible at this location and the guy stops and leaves his clients to take a smoke break right by the front door with every person. He doesn’t wash his hands and doesn’t wear gloves so he comes back in to finish your nails with his burnt nicotine hands. Everyone moves SUPER slow so the wait is always long and no one in there knows how to properly shape but they charge you extra. If these things matter to you do not waste your time at this location. And they do not accept payments with credit cards or AMEX.

Today is Saturday, December 2nd 2023. I took my baby girl Schanita with me. She got a Manicure and I got a Pedicure. We both are satisfied with our results. Thank you very much.

Stay away!! They are very rude to customers. The man at front is very very rude. He shouts at customer. They do not accept credit cards and American Express. He refused to put nail polish on my nails only gel. Gel only nails. If you don’t like policy do not come back. I never saw policy until after I got my nails done. If you want to be treated badly then come on. But I would never come back here again. They need to shut it down. No respect for our community. Would not answer my question just screaming at me. Poor business. Let’s shut it down. They have a thousand rules and you are paying them.

I love Candy lol! Very skilled and has taken care of me each time I walk in. Broke a nail 2 times from my occupation and she has PATIENTLY repaired them each time. Color change and they're gorgeous.THANK YOU!❤️
