I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for 17 years now, and Nikki at Natural Identity is the first and ONLY person who has ever listened to what I asked/wanted and delivered. She does a terrific job, she's very receptive to feedback, and she truly listens to exactly how I want my eyebrows threaded--she doesn't try to convince me otherwise nor does she do her own thing and ignore my request. I've had two experiences with this establishment, and unfortunately, both fell well short of expectations. During my most recent visit, I requested threading/wax and the quality was significantly below what I would consider acceptable standards.
After my first disappointing experience, I decided to give the business another opportunity, hoping the initial visit was an anomaly. However, the second visit revealed the same issues with no apparent improvements in service delivery or staff attention to detail.

The barber was good in his work..
But way to costly very expensive like are you serious 25$ for triming of the beard..
Way to expensive.. and not receipt given also for the same
God knows how do you'll operate and function
I will have to take this concern to the consumer court.. like no rate board mentioned nothing at all and straight 25$ without any invoice..

I had done haircut and facial with Manisha and she is awesome at her job I loved it I would only come to this place for her i strongly recommend only Manisha !
But the owner was not so nice in doing the pricing I was told $45 for hair cut and owner charge me $50 !

I do not recommend this place for Facials, they really need to work on Facial services. I got a Classic facial done ($60), I had explained my main concern is to get rid of blackheads and whiteheads. She said yea, cleanup is part of every facials no matter what you pick. She only cleaned my T-zone, after the entire facial I had remind, I have lots of blackheads on my cheek bones please work on those. She only picked out 3 blackheads and said done. There was no scrubbing involved (only some gel that takes off dead skin). I left the place with still so much buildup. Terrible Facial service.

Always a good visit with the ladies in natural identity. I don't know the lady name that I go to but she always gets me together. Knowing I come all the way from TN 😉

Did someone say unprofessional? Yes ?. I got an appointment for 2:00 pm and got there 1 to 2 minutes early, during my time of haircut The barber started cutting a child's hair, it's unprofessional for sure. However, I thought it would not take that long and then! the barber started cutting his supposed father's hair too. I didn't get into an argument but let him know that everyone's time is important and left without any haircut.

This has been the only place I have been coming to get my eyebrows done since I moved here 2 years ago. Unfortunately, despite that, when I came to get my eyebrows done last Thursday, and despite me speaking to the woman who did my eyebrows in Hindi (but maybe she did not hear), I was still treated badly when I went to pay. The girl ringing me up asked her (in Hindi), if the cost should be $5 or $6 and the woman who did my eyebrows, again obviously thinking I can't understand her, says loudly $7. I don't mind paying $7 if that's a consistent thing, but I do have a problem being discriminated against as if I'm not Indian, just spoke to you in Hindi, and have had previous conversations about these things in the 2 years I have been coming here! That was just really shocking and upsetting behavior. I obviously won't be returning and will be sharing my experience with my friends.

She scams people, compare to next door Parlour she charges more than double the amount for eyebrows and upper lips . And was quite rude when didn’t leave the tip according to her expectations.

I frequently patronized this business when I lived in the area and returned for the first time in a year, and I will never return! The staff was extremely rude and appeared to not want to serve me and requested I go to another location although it was empty and 3 staff members were there
