I had an amazing experience at Neighborhood Tire, Hunter and his team did an amazing job taking care of my 2020 Range Rover Evoque. I was able to quickly get four tires in and replaced on my vehicle + a wheel alignment for a way cheaper price than the dealership. I will definitely be back here to service my vehicle for other needs! Not to mention Hunter was really great with answering my 100 questions throughout the two days I contacted them :) thank you all for all you do to go above and beyond for your customers!

Great service. Clean shop and clean waiting area. Communication was great and I did not feel that they were trying to pressure me into getting extra services. I will return.

Overall, it was a good experience. In and out in 2.5 hours. I did come in for one specific issue, my tire, and they did a wholistic check of the entire car the first hour. It’s appreciated, but I’m glad I wasn’t in a rush or else that would have been difficult. Got the job done overall, so that’s nice. From the other reviews, I feel like sitting in store was better than waiting for a call while you’re out on the town.

I recently dropped in to inquire about having 4 tires replaced. I noticed that my car was slipping on wet pavement and when I did the "penny test" on the front tires it was obvious that I needed to replace them. The gentleman at the desk wanted to see what size tires I had on the car, and while he was out there he checked all four tires. When he came back in he recommended that I only change 2 tires as the rear tires still had tread life. I know I needed to replace the tires but I was concerned that it would take too long because I did not have an appointment. The service technician quoted me 3 hours based on the work and the appointments ahead of me and while I was reluctant to do the work then I went ahead because of need. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me within 1.5 hours to let me know the work was complete. Good job for the honest recommendation and managing my time expectations.

The first time I worked with this company, they were great. That was a few months ago. This week, I dropped off my car because there is something wrong in one of the wheels and rented a car for a three day trip out of town. They told me they would call me later that day. No call. OK, no problem, I called them the next morning. Four times. No answer and then it goes to a voice mail. Four times. Nice messages are left. No call backs. Next day - still out of town - no call backs and four more messages. Now I am back in town and someone tells me they only have one guy who can assess my car beyond oil changes and he has not been coming in. Fine. But why is no one calling me? I am promised a call back in one hour. It is now five hours later and I have left another three messages asking for a call back. Time to go get my car and take it somewhere else . . . TERRIBLE SERVICE. Actually, change that, NO SERVICE.

Might’ve given a better review if there was better training or management oversight. Scheduling is difficult, as the shop is booked over a week out unless you want to leave your car there all day. I chose to wait and was overall happy with that decision. My car was taken back almost immediately and I was out of there in approximately 1 hour.In general, the employees I interacted with and those I observed were very professional; however, they were also very transactional. A welcome greeting, some small talk or even a smile would have been appreciated and increased overall satisfaction. That being said, I would’ve overlooked all of the above without a second thought if my low tire pressure warning didn’t light up first thing before work the next morning. While seemingly minor, allow me to provide some more context…The night before my appointment, I made a point to check all of my tires for the proper pressure and to recalibrate my vehicle’s warning system. No issues. After driving the 3-4 miles from the tire shop to my home following my appointment, I parked the car until the next morning. As I started my car at 6:45am the following morning to head to work, I was caught off-guard when the red, tire pressure warning system light popped up indicating all four of my tires were flat/dangerously low.Having just recalibrated the warning system, the specifications for my car were fresh in my mind - 32 PSI in the front tires and 38 PSI in the rear tires. I immediately grabbed my manual pressure gauge to confirm the pressures and determine if the warning system was functioning properly. To my surprise, three of my tires were at 30 PSI and the remaining tire was at 29 PSI. Seeming how I only had two new tires installed, this means that not only did the tech not read and comply with the specifications for my vehicle, they deliberately released air from my unserviced tires and thereby caused all four to be significantly under-inflated and borderline dangerous with the rear tires being 8+ PSI low.So, not only did this malfeasance waste my time having to go back and get the tires properly inflated, but if the vehicle wasn’t equipped with a warning system that I heeded so quickly, I could have caused an accident or damaged my new tires. One doesn’t expect a tire shop to inaccurately perform a competency at the core of their own business, especially when it’s an essential step in the service you paid them to perform on your vehicle. It erodes trust and jeopardizes repeat business, especially from first-time clients, like myself.

Pleasant staff. I only went in for an oil change which was done correctly. Only thing I can say negatively is that I had a 9am appointment and didn't leave until a bit after 10. A little long for an oil change. Overall it was fine and would probably go back.

My car would not start, I had absolutely no clue what was going on with it so I had to towed to Neighborhood Tire Pros on Clairemont Ave DECATUR. My car was literally ready the next morning. Great customer service, great communication and certainly fast service. I definitely would recommend the location

Tire prices were competitive but the discounts offered come with a lot of extra hoops by applying for a separate credit card. After getting approved, you find out that the discounts promised will come on the form of a cc billing credit and gift card. Applying for the card was not easy or fast. They need to be more up front about how discounts work and better communicators of time to complete the work. Closing a tire store at 5 and my car being ready to pick up at 5 on a work day was incredibly inconvenient.Last, when I picked up my car with four new tires, the tires were dirty with glue and grease and I had to ask them to clean the tires. Not impressed with this store at all.

They were able to get me in for a tire replacement on a Saturday, and also performed a brake fluid change. Only complaint is that they automatically added the tire warranty to my bill without confirming that I wanted it. That’s a bit on the shady side for my liking, but otherwise I enjoy bringing my cars here for tire needs.

I needed 2 tires for a road trip the next day. I was limited on time so they suggested I come back with the car just before lunch and the tires would be there from the warehouse. The install went smoothly and I was back on the road within 3 hours without having to sit in the waiting area. everything was neat and clean. Great place for service

Chose them as a preferred garage per CarMax warranty. I could not have been more pleased with the high quality of communication, service and proactive ability and desire to problem solve.

They laid to my face and tried to get me to pay over $700 for a unneeded fix. I visited them two weeks ago for an oil change and they said that I needed to completely change the whole brake system including the rotors and that the break pads had only 3 mm left. But when I had I friend check the break pads and the whole unit, he showed my the breaks were almost new and that they were only trying to get my money. Now, I'm concerned that they might have not even done another fix that I had already paid (I paid for new axles over $800). Do not trust them, if you know of someone else go to them. You can see in the photos that the brake pads as good as new and we test drive the car in high and low speeds, short and long distances and the car break straight with no vibration and no drift. Also the front wheels give signs that the axles were not changed, as seen in the video the wheel rotates when lifted. The mechanic said that with new axles the rotation should be minimal. I'm disappointed with the lack of honesty and think they might have taken over $900 without actually replacing the axles. DO NOT COME HERE
