If you want professional and courtesy service do not patronize this organization. Barry (owner) is a narcissist and rude to paying customers. He called me to "address" concerns I verbalized....to say the least...not one of my concerns was acknowledged and definitely not addressed. RUN FAST!

I reached out for services from this clown. On the business voicemail it says we guarantee a 24 hour process. So, I inquire on pricing & he advises he will get back to me after he looks over the documents. I send my documents and check on them the next day. He responded to me with every curse in the book telling me they don't need the money and not to tell them whats on their voicemail. This is a prime example of why African American business owners like myself find it impossible to work with the majority of other African-American business owners! Your piss poor attitudes are out of another planet. You should educate yourself on customer service because you lack basic human skills. This experience was a mimic of the complete ghetto. Now he has all of my personal information in his possession. I will be watching all of my credit reports. If you try something stupid we will see who has the bigger pockets now try me.
