The gym parking lot is not safe just left the gym at 10:00AM and there was 2 cars break in and a shot out in the parking lot. It's not worth your safety or damage to your car. I will not use this gym anymore. Until Dekalb county control the level of activities there I see this location as a no no.Update another break at 1pm this week. I will not come back for sure.

Too Funny can't Stop ? Laughing ?. Walked into the place to get Membership. Young Lady Yawns with Mouth wide open. Didn't place hand over Mouth ?. Other Young Lady Chewing Gum ?. Lol.Older Lady didn't remember my Conversation over the Phone ?. Ask for the Lady by Name. They looked at me like I was Crazy. Felt like they were rushing me out the Door. Then she says go "Online" give Credit Card ? information and fillout application.Thinking to myself "Hell No". I'll never ever visit this place again.

This Planet Fitness is one of my favorite locations in the city! Although it doesn't have all of the amenities as the location on Covington Highway it has great staff, equipment, and is always clean. If you have BC membership definietly stop by this location if it isn't your home gym.

Host have been very helpful and courteous in giving information. The environment has been conducive and great for all forms of exercises that I enjoy and perform. I do enjoy when the music played picks up an old school once in a while?. Silver sneakers in the house?lol.

Enjoyed my experience visiting the Wesley Chapel fitness center. Eugene was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful to not only myself but to all that visited the facility. I especially loved how he jumped in action for the elderly. This is a quality employee with a future beyond what he could possibly dream of. Thanks for a great experience ?

Rachett! Ghetto! The general manager was there and was incompetent about billing! She called another location and lied on me, very unprofessional! You can't bill for membership if the account is inactive! I spoke with another manager-different location- and verified the "general" manager was very incorrect! PF please stop hiring these young incompetent idiots with low self esteem! They are very weird! Seems like PF will put anyone in management! Stockbridge location just as bad! PF must've been desperate these last couple years! Train your employees on policy and ethics!!! My 10 year old nephew can do a better job! GOOD LUCK PF! The front desk attendant at 3:55pm on September 5th were homophobic! She literally called me a slur and then went on to not allowe entry because of my Crocs! I will be reporting this to corporate!

Someone on fb recommended that I join the PF because I could shower after “working out.” The staff gave ma a tour and discovered gold. These aqua massage chairs are absolutely impressive. They are so relaxing. Only with each session could be longer than 10 mins

This location recently had some renovations done and reopened. Unfortunately, all of the equipment have about two inches of dust on them. Come on. This is a health club! Please clean , mop, dust. ?? This should have been done prior to reopening!!Update: The owner responded asking ME to contact the club directly and inform them of the dirt and dust. Really??? Those are your employees and your club. You need to tell them. I am a patron. I informed you! Gaslighting is alsodisrespectful. Go clean up! Period.*****I'm happy to report that my concerns have been addressed by the owner! Thanks so much. ***????
