I had an excellent experience with KIARAN. I am so Happy ? that I came here. I had a bad experience with the OTHER location, something told me to try this last storage space, and I'm glad I did. Kiaran was smiling, happy to help me. She made my attitude I had already go away. She was patient understanding and very helpful. She showed me to three different units with a great big smile on her face the whole time. I don't know about you all, but I felt like I was shopping for a house. She made me feel safe for my things to be here. I wish I can give her a 20 ✨⭐⭐⭐ Thank You Public Storage for having this great soul at your place of business Kiaran THANK YOU FOR BLESSING ME WITH THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE. PLUS YOU ANSWER THE PHONE BEFORE I CAME, TO SAY THAT YOU WILL BE HERE BUT SHE WAS GOING ON BREAK BUT SHE WAITED FOR ME. SO SHE WOULD NOT MISS ME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Dora at 2940 North Decatur road provides excellent customer service. I was stressed because my brother was hospital confined. She was professional, kind and helpful in handling his account. What a breath of fresh air in a world gone mad!!
