Sparkle was beyond GREAT and exhibited EXCELLENT customer service! She helped rectify a situation that was difficult and she handled the challenge with ease. We actually were going to move our storage, but because she showed us other options that were cost efficient, we decided to stay at the location. Thank you for the excellent customer service
