The rudest staff, with few exceptions, of any Publix in the area, even beating out Shamrock by a wide margin in the arrogant and rude categories. Consider yourself lucky if you're acknowledged at all. Some cashiers are friendly (if they actually have any on duty) but management treats you as if they don't need the money.

Be nice to see produce section expanded more. They had a few items not regularly in major stores. However, could not locate Swiss chard.

I come here for convince and not much for anything else besides the sandwich. I will always prefer Aldi and Kroger over Publix because everything just costs more here. My issue the past two times coming here is that that the sub was not ready when the email said it was ready for pickup. The second time I elected to order the sub online and pay in store. We came 30 minutes after the time it said it was ready and Publix said they were still working on it. The fresh fruits and veggies look amazing but they cost double of Aldi sometimes. So yes, I go out of my way to go to Aldi and Kroger to kind of avoid this place. Would I come here again? Yes, but once I move away from here, I would never have a reason to come back.

I went to Publix last night to get some snacks. One item was on sake but didn't ring up at the sales price. I asked the cashier about it. She agreed it was on sale, so she charged me for one at the sales price and the other she gave me for free. I really liked that they made good on their mistake. I definitely will be going back there again soon.

I went to get a sandwich made from the deli. As usual, the wait was long. Even though there was only one person in front of me, the young man working the deli was making sandwiches and handing the online orders. But he was extremely friendly and polite.

Friendly employees but expensive. I'm used to Walmart and Kroger. I mainly went there for ice cream but they really need to update there selection of ice cream sizes as I don't want to eat a huge double pint but I was in the area for business and my hotel fridge doesn't have a freezer. I got the size they offered that was their own brand and I wasn't raised to let good food or ice cream go to waste. I will go again before I leave.

never get your subs here. Pub subs are one of the best and while the quality here never faults, you have to wait a literal hour for 2 subs even when you order ahead they are never done

Do Not ? I repeat Do not ? go to the deli ??♂️??♂️??♂️ unless you want people who don't care about people to serve you...? Straight from the hood service like nobody cares that you only have a certain time to get back to work and want you to say something. ? The food is always overcooked or undercooked and what surprised me is that it's in a good neighborhood. ?

I love this store! Its huge and its very colorful and bright...Each customer surely receives the V I P treatment. The EMPLOYEES are all awesome/and each of them should receive 5 gold stars on their own.

The pharmacist here is absolutely wonderful. She was working Saturday afternoon 8/26/2023 checking in new inventory. My daughter had just left emory after two brain surgeries. She was in pain and throwing up. We had a two hour ride to get home and the pharmacist looked through all the incoming meds to find what my daughter needed to make it home comfortably. Thanks to her my daughter fell asleep for most of the ride, no more nausea and her headache at bay enough for her to rest with little discomfort. Thank you again for everything!!Laura and Jamie PedersonWarner Robins Georgia

I came to this location twice a week for several years, but after dealing with the most ratchet and unprofessional employee in the deli (who got an attitude with myself and two very polite ladies in customer service), I won't step foot in here again. She told me if I had a problem to tell a manager, then came running up like a child in trouble when I called her bluff. Apparently I'm entitled because I came to pick up two subs I ordered and had the audacity to ask customer service about it when the deli told me they had no clue about it, even after showing them the confirmation email. When I caught her talking trash to another employee while they made the sandwiches, I told her she could say whatever she had to say to me directly since I was there. She suddenly lost her ability to speak. The GM assured me the employee was very sorry, but I disagree. People like this just drift from place to place because they have no investment in the job or the company brand. I go to Toco Hills now and occasionally Sam's Crossing and it's a much more pleasant experience. If you do shop here and avoid the deli you'll probably be fine, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

I LOVED this Publix until today. It is convenient, clean and well stocked, I used it for 15 years--I probably spend $300/week. Today I found out it cheats on weighed items and has terrible managers. I requested an item at the deli, 1 pound of a $6.98/lb item. Like many deli items, it did not reach 1 pound easily, I said .97 was ok. I was charged for a pound. I went to the manager-I know it is 21 cents, and was actually willing to pay, but it is illegal, and the manager should know, or at least know a customer knows! First, no one was available to talk to at the front desk (I waited while what turned out to be the manager failed at a money order, calling others to fix it---so the manager actually didn't know how to do his job), so after a long wait, and seeing that this person (I did not know it was the manager) was having trouble doing his job, I thought, "just forget about it, maybe an accident", and went to check out--2 long lines, so I went to self checkout. While there I asked about the manager, and the assistant just waved at the front of the store (desk there where I was before), I walked to the desk again, no one there, so I returned and commented that there was no one there. The manager returned and asked what I needed, I started to show the label with weight, price per pound etc, he just said what? So, I stopped. If the manager there to "help" won't listen, what is the point? Now I don't trust any of their weighed items: deli, produce, meat. Won't go back.
